  • Two ways to achieve Permanent Happiness :
    1- Self love ( Increase Creativity and stay away from low Vibrational thoughts , programs and people )
    Low Vibrational actions /programs include violence and bloodshed , negativity, manipulation ,diabolism, laziness, eating junk, spicy and fried food and overdose of desires.
    High Vibration activities include Taking actions towards your hobbies , art , exercise , running , yoga, meditation , connecting with the higher source , listening to satsang , eating prana/raw food , deep breathing and helping others . Do what suits you . If we indulge in 2 or 3 high vibrational activities everyday, there will be less reactions or blasts of anger or frustrations as our energies will remain balanced .
    2- Acts of kindness ( Spread your Wisdom or Help people financially), feeding stray animals , looking after your environment/plants .
