From the bottom of my heart, thank you, Sam. You sent him back where he came from. Pride, ignorance, and sloth. I recently alluded to what Luke says about having 'no roots' in relation to tradition. It triggered the lady so bad that she attacked the Church and challenged me to produce the text. I did just that. She never came back. Pride is also the progenitor of sin and ignorance. And sloth is not far behind.

I would consider myself as a protestant, but this gives me alot of insight into Catholic/Orthodox understanding of prayer and worship. We ask people to pray for us and others as Protestants, but this is not condemned. This was embarrassing for Kelly. Sam had razor sharp reasoning.

@@LambofGod-TrueEidAlAdha For me after coming to faith, I always want to walk with integrity to the Lord Jesus, and proclaiming the name of The Lord Jesus Christ in faith has made me want to walk uprightly in The Lord Jesus Christ and made me a better person, but other people who claim they proclaim the name of the Lord, just sit and lie and slander, it's ridiculous and I don't get it. If they say they know The Lord Jesus Christ they should know better. I actually do understand why they do it, but still it's so freaking annoying, smh.

Not being facetious but Kelly needs a lot of prayers for him. He is his own biggest stumbling block to growing in the faith and understanding the scriptures.

Kelly (like all Protestants) doesn't know what the word pray means. They often equate pray to worship. When worship in all the difference religions throughout time and places involve making sacrifice. Most Protestants don't "truly" worship for they denied the necessity of making sacrifice to God.

I have listened to your last 2 streams on Mary - and some of the things you said are making me rethink my position on Mariology. I am still not sure if consecration to Mary is correct - because it seems only Catholics do it - but I am more open to the veneration of Mary than I have been in years. I will reflect more on your arguments. I have already tried to reach some Catholic apologists, but none have got back to me. But I understand that they are likely to be busy.
I am watching this stream, again - this time with the above perspective that I didnt have until yesterday.

Sam, when I first started watching your channel a few days ago I thought you were impatient, cocky/arrogant and rude. I realize now you are more patient than any of us having to put up with these disingenuous idiots. It’s one thing if a person is unaware of the particular scripture and interested in learning but it seems almost evil to misrepresent and mix up scripture like these people do. This guy seems more interested in thinking he won an argument instead of treating this as an opportunity to learn more about his faith, God the Father, Jesus and the Holy Spirit. I am glad you were blessed with this wisdom and knowledge by the gifts of the Spirit to fight against these heretics. Thank you for helping me understand the Trinity, something that has escaped me after almost 50 years on Earth.

Wow Sam you are a encyclopedia I just want to point out the error in Kelly when he suggested praying to Mary or to the saints which we can do, now I got three different Bible translations the KJV, NKJV, and the Douay Rheims. In the NKJV the word Supplication, pray, intercession is found in many of Paul’s writings in which for example 1 Timothy 2:1-5
“therefore I exhort first of all that Supplications, Prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks be made to all men, 2. for kings and all who are in authority, that we may lead quiet and peaceable lives in all godliness and reverence. 3. For this good for this good and acceptable in the sight of god our savior, 4. Who desires all men to saved and come to the knowledge of the truth. 5. For there is one god and one mediator between god and men, the man Christ Jesus.”
This passages here clearly demonstrate that the saints can hear our prayers and can intercede on our behalf. But Kelly his Protestantism clear doesn’t want to acknowledge or accept this and also clearly shows a very lack of understanding of Sacred Scripture.
I also want to make a quick small testimony about my self that I also come from a Protestant background myself I’ve grown up and have been to nondenominational churches, and baptist churches, and long story short much like you delved deeply into the Bible and church history and now like you I’m a apostolic Christian.
You are a inspiration just wanted to let you know that and I pray you are fulfilled in your journey and I will pray for you in your walk with Christ.

Kelly got destroyed throughout the vid, but the final blow that knelled him permanently was his misunderstanding of the word "pray". Like every protestant, he misinterprets the word "pray" and thinks it means worship. It's amazing how they're not aware of such a simple word that is easily defined by any dictionary. If they don't even know something as simple as the definition of the word "pray", how can they be expected to understand the concept of latria, dulia and hyperdulia? How can they be expected to understand Marian doctrine even at the most basic level. Also, it was really cheap for Kelly to try to refute Sam about the word "pray" by instead looking up the word "prayer". He got caught. I don't know if that was intentional or unintentional, but seeing as he was arguing in bad faith most of the time, I imagine he intentionally tried to deceive the audience by misdirecting the word "pray" to "prayer", especially considering that Sam had already put it on his screen and read it completely beforehand. I don't blame Kelly entirely though, Protestantism and Sola Scriptura has programmed him this way and it's sad. It has closed his mind because he thinks himself correct despite being in complete disagreement with the first Christians and Early Christianity in general on almost all doctrines. They think themselves wise, but they are always exposed at just how simple their minds work. You need to do your due diligence to get yourself out of that Protestant pit trap. If you study the Early Church with integrity and honesty, there is no way you can remain Protestant if you're honest with yourself because you will see that the Early Church and Church Fathers are completely and overwhelmingly Catholic. In fact, it doesn't resemble Protestantism at all, not even in the least. "To be deep in history is to cease to be protestant" - John Henry Newman.

Considering the information resources available, to be protestant in 2023 is to be prideful or uneducated.
Dude, no one could read until 1800 AD (that's 1800 years AFTER Christ) and, even if they could, there was no complete listing of authoritative scripture until almost 400 AD, and the people that made that list don't believe what protestants believe.
It's ok to be wrong. I was and I'm sure most people watching this video were as well.
Just accept it and don't succumb to the sunk-cost fallacy.
