They know they just choose not to obey the law because it is easier not to. Sometimes its better to make them do the right thing rather than expect it.

Truth be said, they have huge sidewalks that could easily be made smaller and make more way for the road. Putting up barriers is also not hugely expensive, hopefully they will bring enough attention to the issue for officials to build them.

Those stickers are fantastic! Seriously they stick like fucking glue and are impossible to pull off cleanly without ripping it everywhere and blocking your windshield even more! God damn those are the type of stickers that you have to dissolve the adhesive and scrape it to get it all off... PERFECT! Haha thats about the most you can fuck with someone who is driving without actually damaging their car or committing a crime which is beautiful.

Just make the sidewalks smaller. The reason people get away with it is because the sidewalks are huge and empty. Reduce the size of the sidewalk to create more room on the road. Problem sorted.

A) That means they are still illegally driving on the pavement.
B) Why the fuck hasn't he cleared the visual obstruction before driving on.
I don't know about other countries but the uk requires a specific area on the drivers windscreen to be free from obstruction and cracks otherwise the driver can be issued a ticket
just a matter of time before you stop the wrong dude, at which point you'll realize maybe sidewalk patrollin ain't such a bright idear after all.
