Preparation and ingredients:
200g jam.
0.5 teaspoons baking powder.
Mix well.
3 eggs.
Mix well.
50ml butter, melted.
1 tablespoon yogurt (or sour cream).
Sift 200 g flour.
Pour boiling water over 50 g raisins.
Leave the raisins in hot water for 10 minutes.
Place the raisins on a napkin and dry.
Add raisins to the batter.
Mix well.
18 cm casserole dish, line with baking paper, grease and dust with flour.
Put the dough in a casserole dish.
Place in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25-30 minutes.
Take the cake out of the oven and let it cool down well.

Интересно. В видео показано, что сыпят чайную ложку разрыхлителя или соды , а пишут пол чайной ложки. Странно. Сколько же всё-таки надо. И разрыхлитель это или сода?
