It is a pedestrian deck with a total length of about 500 meters from "JR Hamamatsucho Station" to "Tokyo Port City Takeshiba" and "Takeshiba Wharf".
Construction will start in 2016 (Heisei 28) and will be partially opened, and in 2026 (Reiwa 8), Hamamatsucho Station Hashikami Station ticket gate will be completed and the east-west free passage will be completed.
At the highest point, it is about 15 meters above the ground, and on the way it crosses over the Metropolitan Expressway.
