His natural voice is awesome. I think that last EP was way over produced. Some people complained there was too much noise distortion. I believe he was just trying something new....so , good for him. But I love the raw stuff !!

And i think it’ s just as great live, with the band, acoustic 👌or studio...in this case. And from what i hear, it’s HIS voice...and the tone i love.. If you listen to his facebook liverecording from The slaughtered lamb...his voice is AMAZING when he sings it.. But i would agree that a voice like Jamies is meant to be heard live! Which for me is what i almost always prefer..youtube clips..
