Sir , my prelims prep is going fine. But while studying , I am focusing out thinking about mains. Since I haven't prepared properly for mains there is constant self-doubt. I start checking the sources and strategy for mains in between despite knowing this is absolutely stupid and might backfire. How to overcome this mindset ?
its normal to have this - concentrate more on answering pyqs for prelims , engage yourself with mocks .. and the most important thing is when u start thing ,stop it by saying it to yourself -
