her trying not to cry, shit making me bout to cry! this woman still has this positive vibe, beautiful smile, she been THRU IT! she got that bigger vision but I think she still doesn't realize how much more special she really is ❤️
I like this vid in particular, she’s more embracing to her neighbourhood rather than flaunting about shit going down with gangbangers like in the other vids. Just more authentic and relatable than others lol.
I noticed that about his videos from other places. They keep trying to convince you it's bad whereas in the NY videos you can tell by the vibe that it's hood.
I came straight up out the hood and made my escape just as soon as I could. All my other homies didn't look any further than their block or the blocks of their friends, or the hood and got trapped and are still trapped to this day. I never accepted the hood and that life as my fate. I was more than that and got the fuck on up out of there. There was never any allure or appeal to me for fast money, random sex, pregnancy, drugs, low wage jobs and living check to check to check for the majority or entirety of my life. If that's the only life you know and you were never any smarter to know how to escape to a better life, then, if you don't know any better, then I guess there is nothing wrong with that life. My 1st paycheck went into a bank account I had to setup all on my own at 16 with the help of my Grandmother. We had to lie to my Mom about me opening an account because, she would have tried to use me as a piggy bank. All my money went into getting out of the hood and getting into a trade school. I didn't get no girl pregnant, I wasn't trying to get high, I wasn't trying to fight people, I wasn't running around trying to hustle, hell naw. I'm now 31, my home is paid for completly and after working for others for 10+ years, I finally have my own work truck and business. I work when I want to work and can afford trips out of the country. I was spent 5 weeks in Columbia, Trinidad, Cuba summer of 22. This summer, I get to spend 4 weeks in France, Germany, Italy, The UK, etc. Yall kids watching these videos, this is not a life you ever want to live. There is nothing rewarding about it. You don't need college, you just need a trade. Electrician, Plumber, or any number of very high paying jobs in the medical field. It's not hard to get your RN, or a surgical tech, x-ray tech, etc etc. Those jobs pay $90,000 - $120,000+ dollars. You don't need to get pregnant. Ladies, men will nut in you just to trap you, and or, out of ignorance. I grew up in the Bronx. I sometimes go back to my block and it's sad and depressing to see so many young people that will mostly likely never escape that life. Makes me want to cry if I think about it too much.
I know she's into music but if she also wanted to do some hosting gigs for TV especially in the hip hop industry, I could see it. She's very engaging and speaks really clear.
That scene where the dude is leading them to the front of the building is peak New Yorker. From the "Well where are you going?!" To the under-the-breath exchange of "take it easy. Have a good day" is so so so NYC
The only thing that I miss about New York the vibrancy of its women, many of them tend to have just a great personality very natural way about them and how they go about their business💖
Thank you for not talking down on us NY women. I feel the same but alot of people say we trash as women. 😒 I beg to differ. Theres gold/trash everywhere.
I love this woman! She is an excellent story teller and hostess. Love how she is real with things too and not afraid to tell bit of personal info. I hope we see her more. Plus she is gorgeous. As a white woman from the suburbs, more interested in this vlog versus makeup tutorials etc.
Dam, she a honey with a sweet personality...she even held the door open every time for the camera man... she is a lady and naturally kind... you can tell between how she loves her Fam and how she carries herself that she would be good woman to be down with... she has direction and goals.. prayers to the baby
@@j-rich you're so quick to come with the negativity that your reading comprehension is off. He said that she is naturally "kind," which as nothing to do with looks. And so what if those things you mentioned are not real, she's not hurting anyone and seems like a nice person.
This young lady did a phenomenal job with representing and showing her hood; however there is more to the Bronx than just her neighborhood. The highway she showed is actually the Cross Bronx, which connects to the Deegan. Best patties, not on her side of town, but again, that's her opinion. It would have been nice if she did a Bronx tour with meeting up with other people from different parts of the Bronx, so that people who are not familiar with the borough can see the diversity that the Bronx offer. We have a large Caribbean community (west indian) in the North aka Uptown. 2/5 train. Swizz Beatz was from. Then there is Castle Hill/ParkChester that is diverse. 6 line Fordham/the Hub which is known for shopping and other unmentionable Arthur Ave Pelham Bay Park City Island So many to choose......... Would love to see more of her
I feel like those of us who grew up in the Bronx grew up kind of Sheltered in our own respective neighborhoods. I don’t feel like many of the different communities throughout the Bronx really interactúen with each other like that
It truly is. I grew at a time with what some may call the rickety buses with wire pull stop "ding ding" buses and bags of tokens. Hip Hop back then was more raw, fresh
@@chopboxing6197I remember the block parties. Just as in Beck's " where it's at" it was just two turn tables and a microphone. From that is where the shortened term "MC" ( master of ceremonies) came from. The Bronx was grittier back then.
Love the energy and confidence of New York. I like to visit but I’m good with North Carolina and the life my parents gave me. God Bless everyone who has to make the most of life with what they’re given. This was very refreshing but it was sad thinking of how kids have to literally raise themselves.
She talking about beef patties and coco bread with cheese and peperoni. Nobody outside of NY knows what the hell she's talking about. Lol. And all Jamaicans just cringed at the idea of pepperoni in a beef patty. LOL.
man they eat that shit everywhere and the bronx has thousands of jamaicans, they eat it too. wherever they sell jamaican food they eat beef patties with cheese.
I'm from DC and we eat beef patties and coco bread but I NEVER saw it w/ cheese and pepperoni. It sound like a hot pocket once you add cheese and pepperoni to it.
@@kingskidtvbrandiva I hear you but my point was in NY Jamaican beef patties got so popular they started selling them in Pizza shops with mozzarella and pepperoni inside. That's a purely a NY thing.
@@michaelwalker9248 I grew up in the bronx in a west indian neighborhood my whole family is Jamaican. I can tell you from experience Jamaicans consider this trash.
Tears welled up in my eyes. I guess I’m just tired of seeing my people coming from and in the slums. When we deserve so much better. Yet it takes a village right to come together in a collective thought to rebuild these very dilapidated communities. Mostly consisting of brown people or Hispanics. It’s sad. Thank you for saying good food options for muslims! I’m a Muslim too and it makes me really happy, i loved this vlog so much💜 Thank you sis🙏🏻💗
She is Muslim???
I'm from Jersey...I can see the joy on her face as she reminisced about growing up in the boogie down. It's good for the soul to go back home and get that good feeling that it provides... Big ups to the Queen from the BX!!!
Jersey grimy but atleast it more normal lol

her trying not to cry, shit making me bout to cry! this woman still has this positive vibe, beautiful smile, she been THRU IT! she got that bigger vision but I think she still doesn't realize how much more special she really is ❤️
I normally don't miss the Bronx....but she just made me feel homesick.
I feel like I'm watching a movie I like her energy. It's like she's introducing me to her city that i'm new to. She's beautiful.
I like this vid in particular, she’s more embracing to her neighbourhood rather than flaunting about shit going down with gangbangers like in the other vids. Just more authentic and relatable than others lol.
Facts
Thats what real hood people do nun of that fake industry shit
thats how NYC is.
I noticed that about his videos from other places. They keep trying to convince you it's bad whereas in the NY videos you can tell by the vibe that it's hood.
Same exact comment as me!!!! Glad I wasn’t the only one that thought this. She’s very unique in such an intriguing way.
She’s gorgeous and she has a great personality. She needs her own talk show.
What I love is this isn’t the tourist view it’s the authentic view. I love this 👍😁❤️
She should get into Television. With her good personality, I can see her interviewing on MTV or something.
Mtv only plays ridiculuousness dumbass
I was thinking the same thing
@Steve Argento Of course she look nasty to you you obviously ain't met a dark skin woman with tattoos much less women with tattoos

She's giving me pure Bronx vibes, the accent, the swag, the struggle, love it!
I know she's into music but if she also wanted to do some hosting gigs for TV especially in the hip hop industry, I could see it. She's very engaging and speaks really clear.
yes , she should definitely look into doing hosting for hip hop media/events
Not only is she beautiful, but she stands out, her attitude, her vibe and style. She’s a star! 🌟 Hope her dreams come true
Lmao not every woman in NY is like this they are very rude most of the time watch other. Videos
Lmfao???? You talking about women in NY??? Or cali?? Sounds like Cali
Right!😍
So much diversity and she is knowledgeable about her area, hope she trying to further her education, she smart and on point😃
Damn she a baddie. She sounds like she been through so much but she still manages to be so positive.
She was an amazing tour guide! The mix of history and personal stories was amazing! She’s popping, she’s born for this
So mature and positive , loved listening to her and seeing the real deal
I'm loving her whole vibe! I'm from Vegas/Cali. I love the whole NY culture. The diversity, food etc.
Why didn't you state the city in California you are from, yet you stated the city in Nevada you are from? Lol
She ain’t from Cali lol. She just visit time to time
Rent a .........
What's your only fans link?
What part of Cali & Vegas. I'm from the WEST TOO YET MY BROTHERS AND PARENTS ARE FROM NY\NJ AND GRANDPARENTS RISE FROM THE SOUTH.. BLESSINGS

I love this woman! She is an excellent story teller and hostess. Love how she is real with things too and not afraid to tell bit of personal info. I hope we see her more. Plus she is gorgeous. As a white woman from the suburbs, more interested in this vlog versus makeup tutorials etc.
i love her energy! she would make a great media personality.
Love this , she’s a sweetheart glad she didn’t let her circumstances hold her back ❤
I could listen to her stories all day! She makes things that look boring, like those big stairs, into something interesting
Facts
She was dope no doubt. Real thorough with descriptions and history. We need to see her win frfr
Dam, she a honey with a sweet personality...she even held the door open every time for the camera man... she is a lady and naturally kind... you can tell between how she loves her Fam and how she carries herself that she would be good woman to be down with... she has direction and goals.. prayers to the baby
She's also very polite, saying "thank you," and "you're welcome." She seems very sweet.
@@atlantabrooklyngal , absolutely... shes hard around the edges from the streets, but there is a sweet woman inside
@@tomott8321 Agreed! 😊
Purple hair fake nails/lashes = natural? I'm asking for a friend
@@j-rich you're so quick to come with the negativity that your reading comprehension is off. He said that she is naturally "kind," which as nothing to do with looks. And so what if those things you mentioned are not real, she's not hurting anyone and seems like a nice person.
She’s a perfect example of “a star is a star, wherever you are.” Love her!!🙌🏾🫶🏾
As a New Yorker I kinda laughed a little at the idea of a tour of the bronx but I really enjoyed this. I like her energy. I can dig it.
6 line
Fordham/the Hub which is known for shopping and other unmentionable
Arthur Ave
Pelham Bay Park
City Island
So many to choose.........
Would love to see more of her
I feel like those of us who grew up in the Bronx grew up kind of Sheltered in our own respective neighborhoods. I don’t feel like many of the different communities throughout the Bronx really interactúen with each other like that
This is her reality! They r interviewing her. Yes! There are different parts.
Yeah that would’ve been nice to see a part 2 and 3
yes i was watching this feeling all left out an shit cuz im from the north bronx
yes true lol
As a south african, and a hip hop junkie, this was refreshing, shes so beautiful and genuine. This the birth place of Pun and hip hop
Bronx Created hip hop in the 70s from block parties it’s crazy
It truly is. I grew at a time with what some may call the rickety buses with wire pull stop "ding ding" buses and bags of tokens. Hip Hop back then was more raw, fresh
@@chopboxing6197I remember the block parties. Just as in Beck's " where it's at" it was just two turn tables and a microphone. From that is where the shortened term "MC" ( master of ceremonies) came from. The Bronx was grittier back then.
WORD UP, and she mentioned Cardi B and Casanova...🤣 KRS-1? Cool Herc? HIP-HOP!?!

Michael Walker, yes with a lot of cheese. Man, I miss me some Jamaican patties.

Yes! Def describes her personality
Tears welled up in my eyes. I guess I’m just tired of seeing my people coming from and in the slums. When we deserve so much better. Yet it takes a village right to come together in a collective thought to rebuild these very dilapidated communities. Mostly consisting of brown people or Hispanics. It’s sad. However I do believe the time to build shall come someday. Loving her positive attitude as well. Queen status, making do with what she had and rising above 🎉🎉❤
I love her energy, She's cuuuuuute, i think she need to make her own RUclips channel.
