Sailed on valiant lady last month and test kitchen was our favourite as well!! We also went twice and were pleasantly surprised it was a different menu!! Both nights were so good!

Curious as to the date of your cruise as you are showing the "old" menu in RD. There is a new menu on the new ship; no one knows whether it is a "try out" or if it will be moved to Valiant and Scarlet. We. LOVE VV, and fingers crossed for the "old" menu on our next cruise.

The food looked incredible! The popcorn old fashioned looked so fun (Brandon said he was 50/50 on the combo of popcorn and whiskey but was intrigued). And 100% to Nick's #dontsharesoup hashtag. 🤣 That is always Brandon's rule when he can have safe soup! Thanks for sharing highlights of the food options on Virgin Voyages.

Whoa how did you order the GF ship eats bread? I’ve been on 2 sails and haven’t seen that Option? I ❤ VV bc they clearly label their food, never getting sick
I love that you’ve had safe dining experiences! We can only vaguely recall, but when we ordered the egg entrees there was an option to sub GF bread instead of the regular bread. I don’t recall seeing GF bread listed on its own. It may be hit or miss, and we weren’t super confident that the notes we added to the order were carefully noted. I definitely wish there was a phone number to speak with an actual person when ordering Ship Eats for special diets!
I’m happy to answer! We initially started the diet with the help of a nutritionist for my son’s ADHD. My whole family participated in his new diet and his symptoms reduced drastically. But I was ill with severe nausea for many years so the same nutritionist helped me make some other changes for myself and my nausea cleared up! My GP and gastroenterologist couldn’t solve the nausea but the diet seems to be the best solution. 💙

Interesting! We sailed in late June ‘23, so it was pretty recent! But changes are always possible.
