    Hope you like the video, I am trying a few new things! I have been talking with a great channel called Mars Reel (Check them out!), we are thinking of collaborating and using all their great footage behind the scenes of high school stars and following their career through the NBA. I Will also keep making team videos though, don't worry! Maybe the Raptors next?

      @Sadistic Soup Wilt Chamberlain was such a dominant force in the post that the NBA actually expanded the lane to make it harder for him to score.
      Julius Erving was the first highlight-reel dunker, which a lot of players try to be now
      In baseball, Babe Ruth was the first great home run hitter, and more players have been trying to hit more home runs since then

      @Sadistic Soup Michael Jordan was a whole new type of superstar that has influenced the idea of what a superstar is in the NBA. Before that it was primarily big men who were the stars. Shooting guards were not considered that way. Pretty influential but he is the GOAT after all, of course he was the sport itself during his era.

    • @ltzp2
      @ltzp2 5 лет назад

      You dont see people complaining about them having 3 all stars, thats a strawman argument, people complain because KD shouldnt have been able to leave GSs biggest competition to join them, thats simply bad for the league and the only reason you want it is because you dont have to sweat as much wondering if the team you don't matter to but for some reason are loyal to will win or lose
      Imagine if Steph goes to the Raptors, that would literally only even the playing field in terms of all stars but you'd get butthurt all the same.
      Take this L because the Warriors can't even 3 peat with the most stacked team ever when MJ did it twice.

      @@ltzp2 you mad bro? Don't be a hater and just give them credit. They proved that they won a ship before KD came. And when they got KD, it was a great move. He fit the system. KD couldn't win a ship with Harden and Westbrook, a stacked team. So what's your point? And deflecting on whose better, them or Jordan's Bulls will not change their legacy. You can compare them all you want. But that's just useless argument, because they'll never play each other right? With that said #Lakers4Life! Lol!

    Gonna be real, I only started to watch basketball after seeing a compilation of Steph curry’s plays.
    The way in which he plays the game is so so beautiful and captivating. I couldn’t help but want to see more!! It’s crazy tbh.
    Now Ik so many other players and teams and it’s so fun.
    People, like Steph, that can take something and make it their own, no matter the profession, are hands down admirable. And they should be acknowledged for it.
    Lots of respect, he’s one heck of a guy.

    Awesome vid my friend... Thanks for posting it up. I've loved Steph since his run in the NCAA tourney all those years ago... I root for a team that I have no business rooting for because he plays there (I like the rest of the team too). He changed the game and that is why he is the greatest PG to ever play the game... With Stockton a close 2nd. Go Jazz.!!!!!

    I was a huge basketball fan of the 90's. It was the era of flash, dunks and flare. The 80's was the era of brute force and domination. Now that I'm getting back into basketball again it's awesome to see someone like Curry change the game again. It's been a long time coming. After decades of the game being more about the dunk and the short shot, it's nice to see the game bring back the long shot, space and pace. 3 pointers in the 90's seemed to be a novelty. Very few people cared about it, unless it was in some desperate attempt to get the game winning shot.
    Of course basketball players of the 90's and 00's were going to doubt Curry because Curry was playing a different game than them. These guys are use to seeing the majority of the game in the paint and here comes this little guy and he's pushing the game out further. To a guy like Barkley, Curry made no sense to him. Curry took everything these 90's guys thought basketball was and changed it. People stuck in their ways hate change because it doesn't make sense to them. Just like if a team from the 80's was put into the 2018-2019 season they would probably all foul out. You can't expect people to completely change how they play or what they know. It's taking away everything they worked towards their whole lives. Change falls on the younger kids and Curry did that.
