I have it running just the way you described it.! I have the Drumlogue running on channel 11
I’ve seen a few demos on this piece of gear and they all fail to showcase what I think is one of the best things for a drum machine and that is the multi audio outs.
One of the best things for a drum machine is to actually sound good, and this one fails that aspect
@@christopherpederson1021 Can’t argue with you there……. I think timing also killed them. Could have made a better splash if it came out with the volcas.

It sounds insanely thin to me.
Im not a fan of the Volcas (at all), but the one I do like is the Volca drum. They need to make a proper tabletop version of that and run with it. In my opinion that’s the best thing Korg’s put out in a while.

I love korg but this is a really weak sounding drum machine ..the kick doesn’t punch and the snares sound dull..too get this too sound half decent you’d have to process the hell out of it.
The korg volca drum has a much better kick and sound design possibilities and is a quarter of the price.

Do you have poor speakers or headphones? It sounds pretty good to my ears.
The volcas are not even close to this machine..!! The Drumlouge bangs it’s got some real punch. Trust me
@@HAZMATLIVE I bet you that half of these comments across YT complaining about the kick would have been avoided if the kick was mixed a bit louder in demos.
The snare is underwhelming, but works fine with some filter resonance.
