Actually Jacob was not supposed to blow himself up the animator got lazy and forgot to add the animation for him he likes the fuses and runs away and he did not die
Hopefully in the next update Jacob gets the animation fixed and he escapes with us with some added voice lines. I would also like to see him say shit at the beginning like up on the roof of one of the buildings like “Get to the gate by the church. I’ll get you through and we can escape to the remaining survivors of this hellhole” or smth like that before disappearing. That would be awesome. If not, then some concept art or concept animations would be nice.
Fun fact, even though the undaunted crew live in gameplay, later on in lore there ends up to be an infected man on the ship, and they eventually die! Or it could be a different crew I'm unsure lol.

Some things that I'll correct: Blucher didn't give orders to trap people in the basement of the castle, it was actually a bunch of citizens from the surrounding area that trapped the mass of soon-to-be zombies. Blucher and his men were just unfortunate to encounter the cellar while looting the castle. The HMS Undaunted is also the ship that saves you in San Sebastian. The sailor who picks you up might even be the musketeer you see perched on the crow's nest in Classic Vardohus (the version before overhaul).

When i started playing the only thing in the shop was the carabiner, heavy sabre and grenade i think. Now that you say it i think i remember playing that Halloween Event. I just forgot about it.
