Actually it turned out to be multiple broken seals and a missing pushrod for the capsules. Both the nespresso capsules and all other brands i've tried after getting it to work runs without a hitch. Thanks for weighing in though
Would you recommend it? Not a lot of reviews out and they're either saying "perfect" or "terrible". I can't find much out about the milk dispensing. Does it automatically put in the correct amount or do you have to stop and start it.i.e. Can you set it going and pick up a finished cup of cappuccino without having to monitor it being made?

This problem is well known by Miele technicians. That's why they stopped producing Nespresso Coffee machines! We have same issues.
