True. The new crop of promoters, Eddie Hearn in particular, has created a golden era in boxing. Unfortunately things go in cycles and sooner or later things will arrive at the dearth of good fights that we saw through most of the 90s and 00s

Listen to what he says, it is pointless if there's a risk of promoters doing as they wish with results, this is suspect cause it took over 1 month between test & public results. Drug free sports only works if it's recognised widely across the industries by boards

It has so many flaws, VADA scared them especially cause it's now recognised by pretty much everyone including British board since sept 2022

“The governing body should deal with it because the promoter has a vested interest.” If you watch Eddie’s interviews back that’s actually what Eddie has been saying all along. Frank Warren is either too dim or has an agenda / axe to grind that he can’t see or hear it.
How come Warren never told anybody when Zolani Tete failed a UKAD test after a fight he promoted?
Not only that, tetes opponent nearly died, and had his career ended, and even worse, frank and co knew his test had failed but neglected to inform tetes opponent till after the fight when he was in intensive care
Hardly can call the test useless when it caught a boxer with a positive test. He also didn’t say what company he uses for extra testing that he obviously doesn’t use.

I’m sure Frank just said he received no offers but he said two minutes before they accepted the offers. I’m lost.
They accepted the terms uysk/ Saudis offered then the contract never came and they kept putting the date back and was never given a contract so the offer was just words. So Frank/fury offered uysk team a fight and a contract for Wembley which uysk team walked away. No doubt the Wembley fight was much lower in terms of pay and fury demands was ridiculous but the point is there’s only ever been 1 contract offered for that fight and it was from Queensbury and uysk team walked away from the negotiations ( with good reason) but that’s Frank point.
