Letter to Christian Professor Jerry Sittser Part 3

This is a letter I wrote to my professor in college, Jerry Sittser, author of a Grace Disguised. He was the first person to teach me that salvation was a process, not just a one-time thing. He answered my letter very lovingly and graciously.

God rewards the bee with a tiny drop of nectar in return for pollinating His flowers. I BELIEVE that it's OK to feel good about doing good things. It's not supposed to be entirely selfless. Just like the bee at the end of the season, has a hive full of honey, so to, at the end of our season, we will be full of the good things we've done along the way. MY OPINON, and I could be as messed up as you were. Who knows.
