  • JESSE STINE INSIDER BUY SUPERSTOCKS - Insider Trading & Technical analysis.
    Jesse Stine teaches the trading strategy he used to make impressive stock market returns. Jesse looks for breakout trading setups (Technical analysis) on the weekly charts whilst also applying fundamental analysis and looking for insider buying.
    This is one of the best trading books for beginners looking for inspiration without going into too much detail of the technical aspects, often associated with some other trading books.
    Jesse Stine managed to turn 1k into 147k within just 28 months, Jesse gives his story trade by trade and the mistakes he made along the way.

    Thank you so much. Ever since I watched this video and followed this method, my stocks are going up fast more than 20 percent each, i wish I could post a picture to show you my portfolio, I followed insider trading with some other aspects I bought these stocks ( curo , miro, prax, nnbr bmrx, tphs) I like buying stocks at 52 weeks low plz take a look at their charts last month

      Interesting take on buying at 52 week lows. Mark Minervini teaches the exact opposite; the best stocks are those that are making new 52 week highs as you get in on the trade. Thanks for your comment about your success. So many comments say they like the book but don't say that it is working for them over an extended period of time. As of 12-29-24, CURO went bankrupt, MIRO got bought out so you likely got a real nice profit, PRAX had some issues in 2023 but if you held on you made great profit (as in 300% in 6 months), NNBR did OK but what a ride, BMRX doesn't exist anymore (don't know if bankrupt or bought out or incorrect symbol), and TPHS looks dead at 6 cents since August. So much for trading 52 week lows for consistent gains. Of course I don't know your entry and exit strategy, so depending on your strategy, you could have done really well with these trades (huge gains and small losses) or very poorly. Hopefully your stop loss triggered and got you out at small losses for CURO, BMRX, and TPHS, and you were in for the long hall for PRAX assuming that you got in at the late 2023 low.

    I bought this book because of your great review. Unfortunately for a time perspective you obviously had to leave out a decent amount, but what you covered is great. This book turned out to be extremely influential to me, but also might be one of the best books I've read. It's as much a book to learn from as it is a text book in methodology. 100% recommend.

    Your videos are always worth a watch (you can always learn SOMETHING new (like how to spell or be reminded of something you've forgotten!).
    In this video you asked for other books to review. By coincidence I recently dug out a couple of my older books. The first is 'Trend Trading for a Living by Dr. Thomas K. Carr' which is rather good and includes scanning suggestions. He is a qualified Theologian & Trader so you have to put up with the occasional 'blessing'.... But generally a VERY useful book.
    There's also Martin Pring's 'Technical Analysis' which is handy but has likely been superseded by us researching definitions on the Internet.
    Key Pup the good work,
    NoAxe

    Is it a correct idea for finding uptrending stocks????

    • @FinancialWisdom
      @FinancialWisdom  2 года назад +1

      Hi - It all depends on your time horizon. If for example you have a very long view of a stock perhaps 5 years or more then a monthly chart will work better, if you have perhaps a short term 1 month view than a daily chart will be better. Personally I have approx 6-24 months view on most of my positions therefore I find the weekly chart more beneficial.

      I know a stock is considered in uptrend by dow theory.

    I really like your review, thank you for sharing. I would like to ask you a question: When he says (talking about a $11 stock that broke out of the $10 support) that "If the company just reported earnings-per-share of $0.35, based on a price/earnings multiple of 20, you determine that your target price is $28 ($0.35 x 4 quarters= $1.40 x 20PE = $28).", Where does that multiple of 20 comes from?

    • @michaelsteinman1314
      @michaelsteinman1314 4 года назад

      My guess is that he assumed 20 because 20 is considered to be a reasonable expectation for the p/e of a stock in a particular sector.

    How did someone who bets big string a few trades together during one of the biggest bull market? There’s enough people in the world to inevitably have examples regardless of skill. I rather learn from someone who made money being long in a bear market.

    Jesse displayed boom and bust trading behaviour. Luck, leverage, bull market, and some skill all played a part. When extreme profits are banked, it is wise to withdraw at least half the funds for other investments such as prime location real estate. There is never any rush to get back in after extreme windfall profits. He could have bought one million dollars worth of TQQQ in 2010, and do nothing apart from a simple 10/20-week EMA buy and sell rule to minimise drawdowns.

      In the book he usually measures the whole move from consolidation to the top, so from before the breakout, which the author finds impressive, but he probably never caught the entire move.
