I had visited this heavenly place in May 2022 and honestly I can say that this place is very extremely amazing especially moolakadai with amazing views and gardens and the best hotel to try the food is saravana bhavan. Please if you people are planing to any hill station please visit Munnar first it's the no 1.

@@iratulbanerjee munnar is in Kerala so if you are in munnar means you are in Kerala also there is a very reasonable hotels in munnar there is a wine shop theka and after that there are a very good restaurant with rooms. Food is very tasty there. For kochi we stayed on dune continental

Plz visit kolukkumalai near tamil nadau border by jeep in early morning before sunrise. Many vloggers have made video on that point. Also stay there for a night in camp. And then again cover meeshapulimala peak. 2highest peak in south india.

Athirapilly waterfalls is another route, especially if you are travelling from eranakulam. Cheeyapara waterfalls is on the way to Munnar. It's 'Moonnar' not 'mannar.' ❤❤from kerala

Athirapilly On the way to munnar to kochi nahi hai bhai. Mein kerala se hoon. Aluva is the nearest railway station to munnar. If you are planning to visit athirapilly aluva railway station is the best option as eranakulam(kochi) is located 20 😂kms more than aluva.

Visiting athirapilly I'll take atleast 2 hrs ( excluding traveling) if you're travelling from munnar it will be 140 km i think. And 62 km return journey to eranakulam railway station,40 km to airport.

If you love monsoon, then yes. But there are some cons like - road blockage due to tree falling, rock slides, heavy raining etc.

I prefer winter than Monsoon. Monsoon is little risky. No floods, but there is a possibility of small - small landslides.
