In my radio changed q4 2n2222 and c20 with 47pF made a BAD result now continuos flash and not have pll. My radio dont have R18 and I put one when I change q4 and c20 and quit others Resintence because my radio have one resistencia in other side down the metal plate between q5 emitter and maybe base q4 or r ... I dont know, very rare because It is original. Now my radio fail. But DC v now os good It have 5v in 10.000 and 3.0v in 29999 and after have 5v un 10.000 and 4,9v un 29999 and the trimer dont aligment.

The 50k pot in the video is actually a 3 leg pot. You only use 2 of the 3 legs.
