Mmmmmmmm, Hey Matt that Reuben looked great, I would use dill instead of sweet pickle though, just a personal thing but you made that recipe so simple and delicious that I will definitely be making that out here in Preskitt, AZ. We love your down home videos, keep they coming.

I make Reubens the same way, but I don't put on bacon. I put on ham steak. Thousand island dressing with relish in it. The other half loves putting a big slab of onion on hers

Looks amazing 😊, I can’t wait to try. How do you keep the surface of your Blackstone so black? I always clean mine and oil it when I’m done cooking. I keep the lid closed and the grill covered whenever I’m not cooking. But the surface seems to be rusting. Any suggestions?
I am from German descendant and I have had sauerkraut all my life and the stuff in the can is the last option that you would recommend
Same my mom and her family are from Frankfurt. Sauerkraut is so ez to make I don't know why people don't just make it. It last forever that's kinda the point of it
Where I'm coming from is bag vs others. The bagged versions aren't as good as a glass jar or can. I like it homemade myself too!
