I watched some mesopotamian god videos. There was Inanna, who was raped while sleeping under a tree. Man who had grown the tree was the rapist. He tried to escape the revenge, but with no succes. He was no god. Inanna also got her husband in underworld instead of herself. Her sister Ereshkigal- queen of the underworld, got one husband killed thanks to Inanna, but then married Nergal- god of war and plague, sort of Mars. Inanna-Ishtar-Venus is known evolution, but maybe darker aspects of feminine were split into many as time went on under patriarchal system. Inanna seemed (in the videos) as a fuller character in sense of portraying vide range of (emotional) actions.
@@hannajarvenpaa5079 very interesting Hanna! Related to this I also read about Aphrodite & the apple legends 🍎 it all comes down to the female (sexual) power. I think there is a huge link to how we shifted from the natural matriarchal system to the patriarchal. These myths/names show us how that went on to be. It shows the strength & weaknesses of the feminine especially in its “decline”. The weaknesses were heavily used (abused) to change the system over. Something this Algol⚡️🔥 situation and Pluto ♑️ & Cap Full 🌙 are helping us to break down.
@@thelunationsituation Tiamat(hopely correct) was the goddess of primal ocean, and male counterpart was sweet water reservoir god in there near Mesopotamy(my bad memory). She was killed, or rather broken because she lived on in other form. Nevertheless it was raw force. Not motherly apparently.
One interesting asteroid deity that I found is Nerthus(601). Something like Cybele in past german area. Goddess figure was in cow pulled cart and when she was on the road, iron objects were hidden and there was peace. Afterwards the cart and statue was washed (and kept in secret cave on an island) and the slaves who did cleaning were immediately drowned.
Also Nephthys (287) from egyptian storyline is an interesting figure. Sort of underorld goddess. Sister of Isis and mother of Anubis.
