I had a Jazz Chorus 120 back in the day, and I remember it was an earthshaking improvement over my Princeton reverb. The only problem was that it was my first transistor amplifier (original sin). But for me, cherishing the clean sound, it was the ultimate. Someday when I recover from the current financial situation, I will probably buy a JC40. I shouldn't knock the Princeton Reverb. A friend who worked at Cerwin Vega gave me an "Earthquake" speaker. This was one of the speakers that were being installed in theatres that were going to show the movie, "Earthquake". Ny PR was awsome with that speaker in there.
I got the same amp. Only thing that I don't like is I can't turn the volume past the first few millimeters before being way too loud 90+ db for indoor playing. Was wondering if mine has a problem seeing how yours is at almost at 12 o'clock.
Roland/Boss makes great stuff. I just got a Boss Katana Air for my 50th birthday a few months ago
Thanks for showing me how to play wipeouts main riff

Amp sounds great!!
How did a middle aged Australian guy end up with a La Dispute shirt?
Because he knows good music when he hears it! Seen them live 4 times now. Best live show vibe I have ever experienced @chrisbirdwell2076

You might have the 120

A lot of amps are anaemic at low volume. Get yourself the inexpensive Joyo 'American Sound'. It adds body to your sound at low (and high) volume.
La Dispute rulesss
Can't hear the amp over the acoustic volume of your guitar 😕
It's there in he mix, but yes, not as present as it needs to be. Working in a new space with new gear. I will revisit next time. And thank you.
It would even sound better, if you tune your guitar. Come on, man, it sounds awful.
Didn't pick it at the time, but yes it's off. I'm OK with that. Is what it is. Killed an hour and had some fun.
