Thank you for presenting another home. To me, this one is kind of priced high, considering that it’s a 1-bedroom, there isn’t much in the way of light source, and the “garden” space is pretty small. But maybe it’s the proximity to Sulmona and that there’s more space between residences that makes the price higher? Anyway, I look forward to seeing more.
How high is the area at risk of seismic activity and to what severity ? Plus how near are local necessities and amenities ? Is it true that foreigners are not permitted to buy a car ? How much over and above the asking price will someone need for ALL the expenses related to the purchase price and solicitors, notary etcetera ? Also are all appliances and furniture included ?
I'm going to go out on a limb here...all of Italy except the Island of Sardinia, is in a seismic zone ... believe last easthquake in Bugnara was 1984 and two others eons prior to. Med-high in this area but higher in L'Aquila region for seismic activity. I thought she said transportation very nearby, walking distance to bus (to Solmona?)? Foreigners can rent a vehicle best done from airport at arrival (usually better rates etc). You can probably buy a car in Italy once you obtain an Italian DL and can show residency (imagine the latter would be a requirement not sure but makes sense). If the place costs $58,000 probably round up to $100,000 to be safe, but imagine an actual $20-25,000 on top is near plenty. Often you can negotiate appliances and furniture, if its still there when listed, but not always, good thinking to ask if you want/need what is there as starter furniture/appliances.
@@saradicensoimmo I like to have nearly twice as much money than one may need for large purchases,....just in case. Plus, this includes all known and possible extended or extra fees that may be required. The other person had a question and just because,...I gave my two cents. Not in stone. Better to have more than enough, is what my dad always said.

Stunning views, a small outdoor space is all I need, and it's close to Sulmona. Wonderful.
Lovely property with very nice outdoor space at a great price.
This is nice, you can use the downstairs as a lounge or a second lounge and a bedroom. 💓🇨🇦
Good morning, from California.

Very cute and nice location! I'm sure this won't last very long!

@@estelladog1 you gave an almost correct answer! I'm still trying to understand how you ended up from 58000€ to 100000€
