Beautiful location, but you'd need a creative geometra to make/design the spaces more liveable. Natural light is a requirement for me. The cellar is perfect for a bedroom, small bathroom, and kitchenette for visiting family or friends. Thank you, Sara.

This is an amazing home, the kitchen is beautiful, the bedrooms are large and the outside space is wonderful. Everything is done just move in, perfect for a young family.

If this was a holiday rental I would want my money back. how the heck are you supposed to get into the bathroom>> , the kitchen dining etc is all very badly designed as if they whole thing is , "throw it in " complete waste

I love how you show the drive up and the walk towards the property. It gives a much better feel for the position in the area. For me I would like that you look out EVERY window. So you get the good and the bad. .I also like that you say everything in Italian first followed by English. It keeps me learning your language. Keep up the good work.

This one ticks all the boxes for me and I would buy it if I was able at the moment. I can walk to town, no major stairs to climb, room for guests, a beautifully tiled, neutral bathroom just begging for some colorful towels, a gorgeous view and a level terrace area out front. Even though red is not one of my preferred colors, the kitchen is so nicely done, I wouldn't change it. I'm hoping to be able to buy in six months to a year from now and I really like the properties you show us.

For the price, I think these 2 apartments are quite lovely. The finishes in the downstairs apartment are nicer than the upstairs apartment but both are nicely done. I think this could be the perfect solution for someone looking to live in one apartment and have the second available to either rent or as living space for visitors.

Hello, I visited this long ago with you. I see now, someone took the old shallow sink out. Good idea to knock out that wall. I would use for a simple kitchen. The second cellar. I would try & connect the water again. Use as a laundry room. And clean out any evidence of animals kept in the dark to later slauter.

Id check for leaks after a good down pour. 2nd floor where the stone is exposed. All along where the ceiling meets the wall. Is all brown . Water stains ? Why not finish the other wall. ? And simply paint near the window, where you pointed out. 10 yr. Old roof. Something is wrong here. Beautiful building with lots of character. You didnt open the door where the storage area is !!!

Hello, i didnt see any ground floor court yard. Was the 1st apartment were we see colored recycle buckets. ? Only saw a small terrace. With summer temps over 100 degrees. I didnt see air-conditioning. Would have liked to see the surrounding entrance. With you filming from street into apartment. Ive watched 3 times and cant figure it out. Sorry. Looking for larger floor plans. For the price. Again its to cramped. A better sell point would be under 45 Euros.

I’d live in the upper and rent out the lower. Having to go down a flight of stairs at night to use the bathroom is a Nope for these old knees, but the apartments are very nice.

That town is beautiful, i would take that bed room on the first floor and make that a the living room, i just wonder how much money it would take to reburbish the first floor. This could be a beautiful place!
