I have seen many tutorials capturing spheres, and these are the best and simple designs because they leave so much room for other ideas to weave into them. Many thanks for this tutorial
I can see adapting this concept to wrap any thick irregular shaped stone. Although your design works best for symmetrical shaped stones. Thanks for getting the brain cells surging. Can't wait to try it on some of my 'uh, not yet' gems.
This is great I have been looking for this for a long time. I have these gorgeous marbles. I've tried everything but this is different thank you thank you so much❤ Honestly I have a present to give to a friend and it's a wish inside a glass marble and I was thinking I'll just give it to her but then I thought if I could only wrap it and now I can I'll let you know if it works
Love the design and the simplicity of it . I will have to try it myself , may I ask what the name of the orange cylinder thing that you made the round part thanks
Hello thank you for viewing. The orange thing is a mandrel. It came in a set I got off ebay. I bought this one a long time ago but if you search ' mandrel set wire wrapping and quilling' they should come up. I know beadsmith do a set.
