@@rynewilliams Aye Ryne thanks my man! That’d be awesome so just gotta stay consistent. Glad our dividend portfolio’s are doing good for both of us this year!🙏💰
I have a question and need some advice. I know that REITs in IRA accounts are not taxed but would it be a good idea to have REITs in a taxable account? At least to earn a certain amount in dividends without entering a high tax bracket.
@@winfredquijano2163 great question! Not financial advice but what I would do is think about how much $ you want to put into the REITs each year, if its over $7K then putting them in a taxable account might make sense although its not as optimal as an IRA. The tax bracket is determined by your full time job income so the more $ you make the higher the bracket those dividends would be taxed at.
If you go to the end of the video you’ll see my investing goal progress by month but it ranges from $1500-2,500 a month! Hoping to get more consistent $2,500 months though.
@@mauriciobello5527 its too tech focused for me personally + I already own MSFT and AAPL individually and VOO still has a lot of tech just less concentration.
There’s still plenty of time to hit that $30k, you got this man! The portfolio is looking great 👏

@@JP_Dividends absolutely. It looks like we’re pretty neck and neck right now. Gotta keep climbing man 📈
@@rynewilliams we’re definitely gonna hit $100K in no time assuming we stay in this bull market and both stay consistent! Gonna be awesome.
I hit 5k euro in portofolio this month. Started in April.
I follow this series along, nice one! ❤
Great job! Thats solid progress and thanks for the support👍
I love jepi as well, it pays piles of dividends. My 3 biggest holdings are Apple, jepi and schd.
Nice!💰
Over 18k in my portfolio and 1100 in annual dividends and started investing back in August 2022.
Nice good stuff! Sounds like you have a pretty high yield around 6% huh?
@@JP_Dividends Yes sir. Was late in the game investing for retirement so I have to make up for time.
@@formerlyknownashammerofthegods Nice sounds solid!👍
you forgot another increase: your subscribers! Great numbers all around! Keep them going!
