I like how Set is essentially like Loki in Egyptian mythology. He gets a bad rep for being a chaotic trickster God and what he did to Osiris, but he still played a role and was worshiped by certain parts of Egypt in the fight against Apep.
They are the same, more than what people realize... The Greeks took over the Egyptians God's and when they didn't have a equivalent many God's names were rewritten and roles were reversed. Especially if you were a female, once the Roman's came around many names were discarded and changed. Even us saying Osiris and Isis are their Greek names not their Egyptian.

It amazes me seeing the line up of Gods, and the theories that justified them. Humans as a race thought they had it figured out. Yet today we still know next to nothing about the universe. Our oceans are 95% unexplored… yet we “know” about creation. It’s very ballsy to say, think, and believe.
