Using Groundnuts in place of cocoyam as a THICKENER in this Bitter Leaf Soup.If ground Egusi is used in place of Groundnuts, it will probably taste almost the SAME..................Using different THICKENERS to make Bitter Leaf (Onugwu) Soup. Very Good Teacher !!!

Is it completely fried groundnut (as in golden brown groundnut). I love your charisma in the kitchen, more grace!

I noticed you always wash some ingredients with salt. Why not use vinegar or lemon instead to wash your vegetables.??? I'm concerned of high blood pressure occasioned by sodium in salt. ???

I’m more concerned on you holding that dish while scooping hot soup into it like it doesn’t burn your palm?
