I’ve watched this sermon over 5 times. I have to tell you pastor, the respect I have for your honesty about your struggle, which I know was very hard for you to do, but to see you humble yourself and be open and honest with the church was a truly beautiful moment, a moment that will open the door to so many people to finally admit their personal struggles. Red Rocks, you are everything God wants to see in his church!! I was initially drawn to Red Rocks because of Pastor Shawn’s testimony about panic and anxiety and now I’m even more drawn to Red Rocks because of your honesty. It’s easy for a church leader to say the church is a hospital for broken people but when the leaders are willing to be honest about their own personal struggles, well, that takes it to a whole new level!
