I have a 5 year old cat who LOVES other cats. We brought home a 5 month old kitten yesterday and she is terrified, in the bathroom (the only room I have to separate her in) by herself, because everyone says to separate them for awhile. Well, she's been in there for 24 hours now, not eating, not drinking and not using the litter box. My older boy snuck in behind me when I was going to check on her and it's the first time she acted like she wanted to come out from behind the toilet. She's scared of me, too, but seems miserable in there by herself. She's a rescue that has been in foster for a couple of months after her spay and vetting! I called Bennett out of the bathroom because I don't want to "do it wrong", but it sure seems like he could be a comfort in her transition. Of course, your kittens weren't scared of humans too, so maybe their socialization to your resident cats went smoother. I want to open the door and let her have freedom of the house, but don't want her to get hurt in her fear of me or of the one other cat here, who isn't a "nurturer" as Bennett is, but would want to play with her, maybe before she's ready for him! Any input from cat people would be sooo appreciated! As many cats as I've had, the situation is different. Bennett was only a few weeks old when we brought him home and the ones already here (at the time), were twin brothers whose mother came up to our house 3 days before she had her kittens, so they were with us from day one...no socializing needed! Thanks in advance for ideas.
Hi there! Oh no, sounds like a very difficult situation you got there! I cant give you any good advice, maybe just by staying calm as good as you can, they can feel that there is no danger at all... but you already know that.. I am no cat behaviour expert at all, but what I can do is pin your comment to the top, so hopefully people can give as much advice or comfort or their own stories that can help...! GOOD LUCK!!!
@@fourragdollsandalittlelady8551 thanks so much. I really hope for a good “sibling” blend. , but you never know with rescues. The only Ragdoll I’ve ever had, showed up at my door, fully grown, intact, no microchip, no collar, but had a temperament much like yours. There is something to be said for breed standards....what you can expect, within margins, of course! With mixed breed rescues, it’s a mystery! Thanks for your reply!❣️
My kitty was scared when I brought Jim home. Didn't eat, drink or potty for 2 days but on the 3rd day things started to turn around and now he's ny other cat's best buddy
OMG, Anyone else terrified that Merlin was going to die? My heart was pounding away, I got so anxious. I love the way the house is set up for cats. I’m always tripping over or stepping over cat toys.
Denise D Yes. My heart sank when he was shown sick. I enjoyed the video so much, up to that part, and found myself wishing I didn't watch it all. I was very relieved when he got well again. I know that sooner or later, all our cats pass away, but, please not in the video.
Our Sammy is that way. When he was still new with us (but he was at least a year old and had been abandoned), he brought our cat Sophie a live mouse and gave it to her! (I think he's part rag doll.)
Merlin: “These are the BEST toys EVER!” 💜 Nerina: “Was I not floofy enough for you?” 3 more.....really? 😿 You have a BEAUTIFUL family. So glad Merlin is healthy again. 😻😻🌹😻💜🌹😻💜🌹😻💜🌹😻💜🌹😻💜🌹😻
Aaaaw! After the one week skip, Nerina wanted to play sooooo badly with the kittens. She just didn't seem to have the confident or know how to initiate play. As initiating play can often be seen as a attack, and she didn't want to be attacked back! At least that's why I think she did so much "Soft hit and run!" Practically screaming "I want to play! I'm friendly I swear!"
Wow! I couldn't say it better, you hit the nail on the head! This is EXACTLY what happened. You should have cats, do you have cats? Thank you for your comment:)
@@fourragdollsandalittlelady8551 I dooo ^^ I somehow ended up with four :p I hope all of them are playing nicely with each other by now! And Nerina might not have liked Merlins grooming because grooming can be a none aggressive way of establishing dominance. Not sure what the differences between normal grooming and dominance grooming is tho :s And thank you for the sweet vid! Was so nice watching them take care of Merlin when he was sick ^^
Wow, four cats, you must be surrounded by love then....! I think so too, and Nerina, unlike the other three, is the only one who does not accept to be dominated. Maybe for Merlin it feels like she is saying that he is not good and strong enough for her to respect and that must be somehow frustrating for him, so he gets even more intense with her... nature, you scary.... and yes, sweet Nerina is opening up, she is playing more and more with them, though she still sometimes growls during the playtime (she still doesn't trust them 100%) buuuut she's playing with them so, it's something...:) Thank you so much, it's nice to have viewers like you. Have a wonderful furry evening!;)
@@fourragdollsandalittlelady8551 Cats don't have a very structured pack system like wolfs do. So she might just be saying "I am your equal, not your underling." And the most dominant or leader of a pack of cats doesn't have to be male. Being a little stronger doesn't mean to much for cats. As each adult cat is more then good enough to hunt and kill by themselves. I don't think Merlin "Isn't good enough." Nerina just doesn't want to be under anyone! :p And have have a lovely evening as well ^^
@@WolfFireheart my queen floof calico is why my outdoor cat *is* an outdoor cat and he's got at least two pounds of solid chonk on her. lady cats can *definitely* be more dominant.
Glad they are all healthy and get along.Beautful garden area outside. These fur babies are so lucky...great enough space and amount of toys and furniture for all of them. When I move I will hopefully get 2 kittens.I had one cat and I had no idea how lonely they can be so I must adopt 2 pairs.
Hi Laura, thank you for your lovely comment! that sounds great! We didn't know either, first we just wanted one Ragdoll, we thought it would be alright but after a few weeks we knew Merlin was getting lonely, he needed someone non-human to groom and play and just be around. Nerina on the other hand would have been THE PERFECT single-housed cat! There are always exceptions, right? But getting two siblings who already know and love each other, that sounds perfect:) I wish you the best of luck and happiness with your future kittens
Bonded pairs are awesome! Plus they're actually harder for groups to find a home for. So if you tell them you want a bonded pair they'll find it for you.
i hope your move went well, and yeah if you haven't already picked/been picked BY furry bbs, a lot of rescues/shelters will SERIOUSLY work with you if you're going in with "i want a bonded pair" as at least a very strong preference. (for a lot of valid reasons, it's harder to place bonded pairs, even ones where both of them are sweeties with no major health/temperament issues).
Thank you so much for this lovely video - congratulations for your wonderful fur angels companions!!! If the human race would behave like animals we were already in paradise!!!
yeah, having "nerina" captioned during the "we're getting acquainted" bits helped me because *i* was a little confused who's who, i can totally believe merlin and nerina were ???? too.
This is to show how sociable cats are. They stick to each other in difficult times even they complain sometimes for their territory. Such a beautiful video. What a lovely bunch of angels! I did laugh so much even my cats got near mw excited to feel the energy. Bless all of you.
Had me worried for a minute...So glad Merlin pulled through. I'm amazed at how well everyone gets along. I have 3 cats and 2 of them refuse to accept one another. Congratulations on expanding your family, food bill and medical bills...🤣😂🤣😘 Oh, thank you so much for name subtitles. I would have been so confused without them.😉
Us too, that was a haaaaard few days but he's a figher! ..are your cats still young? or are they maybe two girls😅? Oh yes, the expansion has many facetes... ;)
@@fourragdollsandalittlelady8551 Yes, they are girls. Sugar 9 and Myla 2. I've thought they were bonding a few months ago when I caught them on my bed and Sugar was grooming Myla but I was wrong. They only seem to want to attack each other when I'm in their presence. It's almost like they want to show whose the boss when I'm watching them. I rescued Myla with 3 of her siblings when they were 7-8 weeks old. They were so flea infested one sister didn't even make it through the night. Her other siblings adjusted quickly to being domesticated but Myla was always leary and skittish. She's very loving with me. Always grooming my face and hands but she never really settled in. I adopted her out when she was younger but the lady said she couldn't keep her after 2 weeks because her cat was constantly attacking her. When I brought her back home I knew she was traumatized so I didn't want her to ever get traumatized so I decided to make my home her 4ever home. I also have another cat named Spice but he gets along with both of them. Any suggestions?
@@jonaeflure Oh wow this is quite a story! What you said about only attacking when you're watching is very interesting, same thing happens with Merlin and Nerina. Hmm... this may sound weird but it is amazing how it works with our Cats! I don't know if this is a Cats thing or if it's just working with our Cats: They are SO telepathic. One example: Recently Merlin was sleeping and I had the thought: "Merlin, I can see you right now grooming your sister over there very gently and you both love it and love one another." Next thing I know, he wakes up, goes directly to Nerina (what he usually never does) and starts grooming her gently. This is ONE of MAAAAANNNYYYY, many examples. So maybe when you start imagine specific situations of happiness and love, whatever comes to your mind, when you see them in your mind being sweet to one another, maybe one time they will pick it up. After that one time happens, you won't be able to stop this "manipulation" ;)) But the picture has to have emotions we noticed and with our cats you have to wait about half a minute until they receive and react... This is my spontaneous suggestion. Maybe the ones who read this can jump in and give other tips as well?? ...Or just call us crazy😄 Lots of hugs to Sugar, Myla and to the uncomplicated Spice :)
You have to re-introduce the cats to each other, put the ones who accept each other in one part of the house, the others in another part, where they can still smell each other underneath the door, feed them the same time at each side of the door daily so they associate each others smell with something good, after 2 to 5 days they will make you know by scratching at the door they want to meet, let them see each other first trough cracking open the door a little bit for just 2 - 3 more days before letting them out again, then you will have properly introduced cats, make sure you do playtime wiht them before feeding, important to have their energy in check and not making them go ballistic, and lots of loving and petting after feeding, or nap time, depending on the cat's moods and needs, sometimes if you have an energy bomb cat, you will need an extra playtime after feeding, but that's rare.
@@fourragdollsandalittlelady8551 OMG! Never have I done this before. I know my cats are telepathic about flea treatments so I'll definitely be trying to think good thoughts in advance. Thank you so much for your insight!
What beautiful cats! I love how you introduce newcomers through glass first, one at a time. Also, whether they are outside or indoors, they have a wonderful Wonderland to play, stalk, sleep, or just take it easy alone or with company. You really know what they need, and you give it ALL to them. I wouldn't say spoiled, just very lucky. Thanks for all the warm video to watch of your babies. I will look for more. 😌🐱🐾🐾💕💜💞👍I grew up with cats and always have Angelcat with me (Tux).
Thank you so much for your kind words! People like you can not just see all the love in the videos but can take it in, combine it with their own love and give back to the world. Sounds weird but you know what I mean... thank you for watching. Bless you (and Tux) 😊
@@fourragdollsandalittlelady8551 You are just becoming "one" with your animals. You build surroundings you would love as a cat. Seeing them cared for in the best way, being happy to do all the things cats do. Alot of stalking, playing. That in turn fills us with more love. I really enjoyed your video. Ragdolls have Siamese markings. I grew up with a Siamese from 6 yrs old until I was 17. Then I had 3 after that. For yrs I have adopted black cats , and a couple Tuxedo Black. You've made a palace for your babies!! 🙆👅😻🐾💖 ( I've seen too many very ugly rescue videos, scammers, animal abuse to make the films, then appear as the rescuers, so when I see all the love and care your pets, family, are getting, it heals the stab holes in my heart.) I recently started watching your videos. This one was the first one I saw. I have since watched all of them and I often do. They make me feel good.. I completely fell in love with your beautiful cats. Both the ragdolls and the American curl. Each one of the cats really seems to have a unique personality and each one is charming in it´s one way. Your videos are among the best cat videos I have seen. Always pretty environment, your interior nice and classy and your garden so pretty. Also love the music you use and your subtitles are lovely because nice and really shows how well you know and love your cats. Also the dog Jessy was sweet with the cats.
I totally agree ! 😊❤ .... there's much much love in there ❤❤❤ . (btw, if you happen to miss new videos and don't know yet, Four Ragdolls and a Little Lady has a new channel (due to some youtube issues I understand ...) called 4 Ragdolls and 1 little lady)
I just found your delightful channel and I am happy I did. Beautiful cats, all of them. You can tell they are well-loved. I am glad Merlin got well. Bless your big heart and the way they have backyard freedom.
Awww. The brothers lived Merlin back to health. How sweet! And Lady is a sweet, beautiful little girl. Lady is a perfect name! I have 4 cats in my house and they just tolerate each other.
What a beautiful, caring & growing family u have there! It's always a little stressful introducing fur-siblings. U really never know what to expect. So glad to see everyone is doing so well together now. Can't wait for more updates!
obviously your fur babies have a wonderful home with lots of room to play and cuddle. you plainly have great love for your extended family and it makes me happy just to see how calm and relaxed your household is. Great Job!!
I had a Merlin, a flame-point Ragdoll named William (after the poet Yeats). He was not the sharpest claw on the paw, but his heart was as big as the universe. I did not know until his final vet visit at 23, the visit where you return home with an empty cat carrier, that Willy-Billy was the glue holding my feline family together. The tortie divas were lost without him. And they are gone now, too, except for Isabella and Pippi. Soon Isabella will make that final trip,’and Pippi will be alone, the last cat standing. How I wish another William could grace our lives.
i hope you find one soon, because yeah, it always hurts. i have a calico who runs my house, so i can believe your tortie divas were "where the fuck is our nice loving floofy bro?" grieving. i have done that trip twice, and have had a "we don't know how but i know they're gone" experience twice over too. (i suspect but can't prove human shittiness because they were both indoor-outdoor rescues, i was very "Bastet, if this was accidental, then so be it, but if not they were yours please be CREATIVE in your vengeance".) doing the trip was easier, but that was mostly because i could be with them at the end and one was FeLeuk+ so i'd known it was gonna happen eventually. (PSA: FIV and FeLeuk+ cats can and do live pretty decent lives in the right setup and mine played/lived with two negative ones, never infected them, and beat HER lifespan odds by a bunch so if the right one hasn't come along don't automatically rule ones with those diagnoses out k thz plz?) my other one was "HOW old is she again?" and had diabetes besides being at the point where she couldn't reliably make the litter box which she'd never had real issues with before and which is generally a bad sign for a cat period.
Beautiful cat family! Relieved to see Merlin made a full recovery. I have 2 adorable Siberian cats. One of them is a Neva Masquerade Siberian and looks so much like a Ragdoll. My dream is 5 cats too :)
My newest kitten, now 3 months old looks exactly like Lady....I’m so glad you took her too & so relieved your sweet Merlin came out like a champ...We have 6 cats & while crazy, I love it....
my exact thought. She seemed just annoyed with him but then would want to play with the kittens, so weird as you couldnt ask for a more mundane, calm, accepting boy. So im glad the brothers took to that! He wanted someone to play with and groom, well now he's got an overload of it lol
I could spend entire days just looking at those cats interacting! They all seem very friendly and got used to each other quickly (even Nerina!) I have two cats (no particular race) and after 6 months they still do not get along. I hope they'll eventually be as good friends as yours are!
Omg, they are all absolutely beautiful... 😍 Lady is so uniquely adorable with those markings & curled ears... 💖 Thank goodness Merlin's ok now, scared me as I still mourn ragdoll Timo's untimely passing... 💔
Watched this for the second time! It’s amazing to see how they gradually accept the newcomers. Now you have one happy, united family. They are adorable. Thanks so much for these video clips.
Love all your beautiful cats wish I had them glad Merlin was fine in the end was concerned for a while hoping he be ok they all get on so well now I would love to hug them all so cute and cuddly one of my favourite cats and Maine coons both my favourites type of cats your so lucky to have all them beautiful cats they are so playful and sweet very nice video to watch
what a wonderful video. it worked out so well. my heart was in my mouth when Merlin was poorly. I love the way your living room is devoted to cats with things for them to play with and relax upon/inside. my fave moment was when Merlin was inside the carrier snuggling with a blissed-out kitten ❤️
We are waiting for your new videos so long. Love your (and our)cats. Hi from Ukraine. Cats are piecefull and full of love and innocence. Now we need it so much. Your cats give us that. Thank you very much for your cat family.
Oh my heart! 💞 Love this video! When my Sweetie arrived home this afternoon, I greeted him with, "I want to rescue 3 kittens!" 😻😻😻 Hoping he'll be swayed after watching your video tonight! 🙏 Thank God that precious Merlin recovered!!! 😽 Thank you so much for letting us see your family!
I really enjoyed your cat family story. It was remarkably similar to my own, except my four are Tonkinese. They groom one another everyday and “hold” each the same way!
So Precious and adorable. I am very happy to see that they all got along with each other. You had me in Tears when Merlin got very sick. Then he over came his illness and playing with all brothers and sister. I just love all of the cats especially the kitten Lady. I ❤😻😺
Blessed with a house full of fluffy cuteness! You are a great parent to your "fur babies!" 🐾😽 Kitties bring such joy to our world! 😸 Cat people are my peeps. Blessings to All 🌟
What a Cat Show. I know there are those that just can't stand music in any kind of video, BUT! I'll speak for all of us that do and this video has to be the best one I have seen and I have seen a TON of Them. It is so well choreographed and directed and the Music is the BEST. BRAVO
As a lover of all cats, big and small, and everything in between, these 5 are so cute and funny. Plus they are all beautiful. I really enjoyed this video. I miss having cats.
They're all so lovely! Especially Lady, those cute furry elf ears! I was in SHOCK at the part when Merlin got sick, they all grouped around to help him recover, if THAT doesn't prove emotions in animals, get your head examined!
I've been reading and responding to some of the comments here, and I'm so glad you've got Ragdoll cats. I've had cats all my life, even though I've also been totally blind since birth. They even seem to know it. They really do read our energy and how we do everything, and that's what inspires me to adopt cats who've been abused or neglected. To be fair, I've also had a cat we got from a breeder in France. She was a Siamese, and they're one of my favorite types, especially the so-called throw backs from before they were bred with drippy eyes and noses. I've also had several other breeds, but I really would love to have a Ragdoll, because I hope it'll help me get more and more comfortable with picking them up and holding them. I've always been a little nervous doing that, because I've been bitten and scratched before. Now, my last three cats were and are so patient with me, and I couldn't be happier! Is there something different about the way Ragdolls like to be picked up, or is it that they just naturally go limp in your arms when you pick them up and hold them? Also, I couldn't find any closed captions, annotations or subtitles here that I could read either in Braille on a display or when using text-to-speech, screen-reading software. I only hear music so far. If the information is depicted within the video, it won't be picked up by our text-reading devices, because it's in picture format. I also know you've done a lot of videos, but it would be so nice if your blind audience could read descriptions of what's going on throughout these videos either as annotations or subtitles, or as time-stamped descriptions in the description field. It'd also just be nice to hear them interacting whether through play, eating together, purring, sleeping (if they snore or make silly noises), or doing whatever they're doing. If you're talking to them or just whispering in their ear, (and those are some of the most special times I've had with my cats), they're so cute when they try to rub my nose with theirs. Theo would climb onto the back of the recliner while I'm lying back in it, and he'd get into position and flop right over onto my chest, purring madly and nibbling on my fingers. He had the cutest sweet-talk, and he'd happily swish or whap me with his long, bushy tail. He loved his belly rubs. Each cat has its own personality, and that's what makes them so special. Anyway, thanks for letting me share, and I look forward to hearing your response. Heather from Atlanta, Georgia
Oh my gosh! This reminds me of my boy, who LOVES grooming. We have an older cat and they never got along the best, so we got a third cat, and the two of them love each other so much, and she lets him groom her all the time.
I wanted to cry when you said Merlin was sick . I am so happy he recovered. What a sweet video and wonderful way to introduce so many new bodies into a household :)
Merlin's illness episode gave me a gut ache, as I know how it is with my own Merlin - our 20 1/2 year old Russian Blue - where every day he's still with us is a blessing but there's been so many close calls in the last 2 years. So glad they have 9 lives to go through! :)
I enjoyed watching your lovely family meet each other. I have father and son Ragdolls though the father is definitely not easy going like Merlin. I too was worried Merlin was not going to get better. I had 4 cats at one time all getting along beautifully then one became ill had a congenital defect and then past away at the age of 2. His passing upset the balance of my kitty household. It was devastating and difficult. I found another with somewhat similar personality that has helped but it’s still a very awkward balance between one female and the older Ragdoll. I’m glad Merlin pulled through and the others stayed near by to help him. I look forward to watching your kittens grow and seeing their antics! Love your garden and got some ideas for some cat accessories to add to my home!
Hi there. Oh no, it must have been so difficult for everybody to have lost him! I can't even imagine... so sorry for your loss! But cool that you found another cat with a similar personality and hopefully they will eventually be as happy again as they were before. Thank you for your lovely words about Merlin & co. Cheers!
Thank you for identifying Nerina in pink letters when she was first meeting the kittens... It made the interactions much more enjoyable and easy to follow. 😺💝
Another channel I just stumbled on 😊 it’s a heart melter for cat lovers, I was smiling all the way through until Merlin was ill then it was tears, glad he is ok, you have a wonderful feline family, they all interact with each other beautifully! 😻
The most beautiful cats! I love these breeds because they are the sweetest most lovable cats...I had a ragamuffin that lived 9 years with the genetic kidney disorder...I didn’t know about it or even realize his breed till close to his passing...I absolutely adore these breeds..u couldn’t ask for a better breed of cat..precious little souls
Well, my emotions ran quite the range during this video. Love the two new brothers. Can't tell them apart, though. And, Merlin getting sick...arghh...my heart nearly broke at the thought!. Glad the new bros took good care of him. And, Lady...well...she has my heart. I love American Curls, and she has the sweetest face. So glad the gang took to her and her to them. Merlin is so kind I've never seen a cat that kind!
Our Sammy is that way. When he was still new with us (but he was at least a year old and had been abandoned), he brought our cat Sophie a live mouse and gave it to her! (I think he's part rag doll.)
Oh hes a sweet boy. Like mine. He always wants to play.
My cat grew up in a bad place and he only has one cat friend so he's really grumpy and lonely. He still loves me though
Ragdolls are all like that, such sweeties.
Nerlina says: " Oh my gosh, three Merlins!"
Merlin FINALLY has brothers he can groom without them protesting
lol
Merlin: “These are the BEST toys EVER!” 💜
Nerina: “Was I not floofy enough for you?” 3 more.....really? 😿
You have a BEAUTIFUL family. So glad Merlin is healthy again. 😻😻🌹😻💜🌹😻💜🌹😻💜🌹😻💜🌹😻💜🌹😻
Thank you:) ...there can never be too much floofyness............
As an owner of five cats, I know the freezing pain. As for the 29 thumbs down, well they’re just joyless miserable sods!
✌😉
well said!
They're Just your average low life trolls
Yes me too I know whats it like having 7 cats. 😂
Yes! I have 6 wonderful puddie cats. They are my babies!
Lady has such gorgeous and cute ears
She sure does! I believe she's an "American Curl", a relatively new breed (1985??).
Carole Jean thank you I wanted to know what her breed was so badly
what's her breed?
@@carolejean5102 I thought she was Scottish fold
I wonder what's her species name. She's very cute.
@@fourragdollsandalittlelady8551 I dooo ^^
I somehow ended up with four :p
I hope all of them are playing nicely with each other by now!
And Nerina might not have liked Merlins grooming because grooming can be a none aggressive way of establishing dominance.
Not sure what the differences between normal grooming and dominance grooming is tho :s
And thank you for the sweet vid! Was so nice watching them take care of Merlin when he was sick ^^
Wow, four cats, you must be surrounded by love then....!
I think so too, and Nerina, unlike the other three, is the only one who does not accept to be dominated. Maybe for Merlin it feels like she is saying that he is not good and strong enough for her to respect and that must be somehow frustrating for him, so he gets even more intense with her... nature, you scary.... and yes, sweet Nerina is opening up, she is playing more and more with them, though she still sometimes growls during the playtime (she still doesn't trust them 100%) buuuut she's playing with them so, it's something...:)
Thank you so much, it's nice to have viewers like you.
Have a wonderful furry evening!;)
@@fourragdollsandalittlelady8551
Cats don't have a very structured pack system like wolfs do.
So she might just be saying "I am your equal, not your underling."
And the most dominant or leader of a pack of cats doesn't have to be male.
Being a little stronger doesn't mean to much for cats. As each adult cat is more then good enough to hunt and kill by themselves.
I don't think Merlin "Isn't good enough."
Nerina just doesn't want to be under anyone! :p
And have have a lovely evening as well ^^
@@WolfFireheart my queen floof calico is why my outdoor cat *is* an outdoor cat and he's got at least two pounds of solid chonk on her. lady cats can *definitely* be more dominant.
There’s nothing cuter than a group of cat siblings. The way they play and love each other.
(for a lot of valid reasons, it's harder to place bonded pairs, even ones where both of them are sweeties with no major health/temperament issues).
great videos of your cats .i got three cats one long hair calico and two tabby cats .love your cats.thank you for sharing.
Thank you so much for this lovely video - congratulations for your wonderful fur angels companions!!! If the human race would behave like animals we were already in paradise!!!
Such beautiful and precious babies, all of them and an awesome story... 🤗😻😸😺😼😽💕
*cats looking in confused*
why are there small versions of us in there?
yeah, having "nerina" captioned during the "we're getting acquainted" bits helped me because *i* was a little confused who's who, i can totally believe merlin and nerina were ???? too.
This is to show how sociable cats are. They stick to each other in difficult times even they complain sometimes for their territory. Such a beautiful video. What a lovely bunch of angels! I did laugh so much even my cats got near mw excited to feel the energy. Bless all of you.
Oh wow, thank you for your lovely comment! Glad you and your cats liked it:)
Glad their healthy and the fur babies are all getting along so cute together.
Merlin is a little love bug, was very worried about him.. live all your cats very cute video.
🙆👅😻🐾💖 ( I've seen too many very ugly rescue videos, scammers, animal abuse to make the films, then appear as the rescuers, so when I see all the love and care your pets, family, are getting, it heals the stab holes in my heart.) Thank-you.
@5:03 made my heart melt-lil bro came for the grooming!
The cutest thing ever
Merci beaucoup! Oui, ils vraiment sont
un vrai plaisir!
This just brought tears to my eyes at so many points in the video... Thank you so much for rescuing, loving, and taking such good care of these precious babies!!!!! This touched me so much!!! ♥♥♥♥
I recently started watching your videos.
Wow, Jona, Thank you very much for your so lovely comment!
They are beautiful cats I 💘 love them all. Also your home is too and its surounding. I enjoyed video and God Bless. 😊
Thank you for adopting, too. That’s wonderful. I’m so glad that Merlin got well.
I just found your delightful channel and I am happy I did. Beautiful cats, all of them. You can tell they are well-loved. I am glad Merlin got well. Bless your big heart and the way they have backyard freedom.
Thank you very much, bless you!
That had me scared for a minute... so happy they are all healthy and doing well!! Soooo cute!!! ❤❤❤❤❤
Awww. The brothers lived Merlin back to health. How sweet! And Lady is a sweet, beautiful little girl. Lady is a perfect name! I have 4 cats in my house and they just tolerate each other.
The brothers loved Merlin back to health.
What a beautiful, caring & growing family u have there! It's always a little stressful introducing fur-siblings. U really never know what to expect. So glad to see everyone is doing so well together now. Can't wait for more updates!
Thank your very much!
I never say a Ragdoll breed and they are so beautiful, they are amazing and you have a very beautiful home too.
obviously your fur babies have a wonderful home with lots of room to play and cuddle. you plainly have great love for your extended family and it makes me happy just to see how calm and relaxed your household is. Great Job!!
thank you very much for your lovely comment!
(i suspect but can't prove human shittiness because they were both indoor-outdoor rescues, i was very "Bastet, if this was accidental, then so be it, but if not they were yours please be CREATIVE in your vengeance".)
doing the trip was easier, but that was mostly because i could be with them at the end and one was FeLeuk+ so i'd known it was gonna happen eventually. (PSA: FIV and FeLeuk+ cats can and do live pretty decent lives in the right setup and mine played/lived with two negative ones, never infected them, and beat HER lifespan odds by a bunch so if the right one hasn't come along don't automatically rule ones with those diagnoses out k thz plz?)
my other one was "HOW old is she again?" and had diabetes besides being at the point where she couldn't reliably make the litter box which she'd never had real issues with before and which is generally a bad sign for a cat period.
Beautiful cat family! Relieved to see Merlin made a full recovery. I have 2 adorable Siberian cats. One of them is a Neva Masquerade Siberian and looks so much like a Ragdoll. My dream is 5 cats too :)
They are all stunningly beautiful. Thx for sharing!
My newest kitten, now 3 months old looks exactly like Lady....I’m so glad you took her too & so relieved your sweet Merlin came out like a champ...We have 6 cats & while crazy, I love it....
Lady is such a pretty girl. I can't see how they could resist her.
They sure look sweet. This video is funny, sad and playful. Thanks for sharing.
They are all so adorable... I'm so glad Merlin for better... Thank u for sharing your fur babies 😸😸 😸.
Really lovely video of them all thanks for sharing x🥰
thanks for watching;)
Adorable. So pleased that dear Merlin is now well again. Lovely little kitties xx❤️❤️
Poor Merlin, he deserved a partner who would value him, so it's good that you did just that.
my exact thought.
Thank you:) I know, I miss TImo as well! Such a special cat he was.
Watched this for the second time! It’s amazing to see how they gradually accept the newcomers. Now you have one happy, united family. They are adorable. Thanks so much for these video clips.
Lovely - now one BIG happy family. Thank you for giving them a safe home.
Love all your beautiful cats wish I had them glad Merlin was fine in the end was concerned for a while hoping he be ok they all get on so well now I would love to hug them all so cute and cuddly one of my favourite cats and Maine coons both my favourites type of cats your so lucky to have all them beautiful cats they are so playful and sweet very nice video to watch
thank God Merlin was ok.... I started to cry... these cats are so beautiful... I have always wanted a ragdoll.
what a wonderful video. it worked out so well. my heart was in my mouth when Merlin was poorly. I love the way your living room is devoted to cats with things for them to play with and relax upon/inside. my fave moment was when Merlin was inside the carrier snuggling with a blissed-out kitten ❤️
If this was my house full of 5 stunningly beautiful cats it would be called HEAVEN
We are waiting for your new videos so long. Love your (and our)cats.
Hi from Ukraine. Cats are piecefull and full of love and innocence. Now we need it so much. Your cats give us that. Thank you very much for your cat family.
So lucky to have cats that almost immediately get on. My old girl STILL hates her new 'brother' after 12 years.
I have a flamepoint ragdoll. I bet when they all get purring it gets loud! Thank you for sharing this!
I loved every second of this segment such and endearing adjustment on Merlins part. He is such a loving cat. He played the part of big brother. 💘
I ❤😻😺
Thank you very much!
Beautiful cats! Wow. Good job guys!
Beautiful cat family! Love the hungy meows!
Blessed with a house full of fluffy cuteness! You are a great parent to your "fur babies!" 🐾😽
Kitties bring such joy to our world! 😸 Cat people are my peeps.

What a Cat Show. I know there are those that just can't stand music in any kind of video, BUT! I'll speak for all of us that do and this video has to be the best one I have seen and I have seen a TON of Them. It is so well choreographed and directed and the Music is the BEST. BRAVO
Very kind!
The way Nerina plays with the kittens is hilarious tbh 😂😂😂 Going full huntress on them
As a lover of all cats, big and small, and everything in between, these 5 are so cute and funny.
SO VERY SWEET THANKS FOR SHARING!THANK GOODNESS YOUR WELL AGAIN!
Thank you!
Nernia is GORGEOUS!!! Her looks remind me of a stylized cartoon like Cats don't dance.

What a whirlwind story! If Merlin didn't recover, I was seriously going to lose it. Absolutely stunning cats.
i cant believe how big ragdolls are....and lady is so small??? her curly ears are wonderful
She's an American Curl breed.
I was so worried about Merlin-so happy he is ok! Best wishes and love to your beautiful family xxx
Oh my gosh! This reminds me of my boy, who LOVES grooming. We have an older cat and they never got along the best, so we got a third cat, and the two of them love each other so much, and she lets him groom her all the time.
Was für ein wunderschönes Video! Habe gelacht und geweint. Wie schön es die Katzen bei euch haben!!! ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
I wanted to cry when you said Merlin was sick . I am so happy he recovered. What a sweet video and wonderful way to introduce so many new bodies into a household :)
So glad Merlin recovered. Love is powerful medicine. His pals gave it abundantly!

The most beautiful cats! I love these breeds because they are the sweetest most lovable cats...I had a ragamuffin that lived 9 years with the genetic kidney disorder...I didn’t know about it or even realize his breed till close to his passing...I absolutely adore these breeds..u couldn’t ask for a better breed of cat..precious little souls
that was a wonderful story of anticipation, nerves, fun, joy, worry and triumph!
One big, happy, furry family. I did appreciate their names popping up on the screen. While I'm sure you guys can tell them apart, I certainly can't. Well, except for Lady now. Keep the videos coming. Love these little fur bugs!
Thank you very much for your lovely comment! Yes, we couldn't have handled it, we are unbelievably happy he's well again! You have heard of and known American Curls?? Yes she is the only one you can really tell apart..... Except maybe Merlin with his bicolor face but to be honest BOY, WE HAD PROBLEMS AS WELL at the beginning, Nerina Pistache and Piccolo, so simular.... When they're grown up, it might get easier. @@fourragdollsandalittlelady8551 You're in Switzerland? WOW...good thing you got cats with heavy coats. I'm in Utah, and we have snow on the ground now. Both of my cats live by the fireplace. LOL. I've never had an American Curl, but I think they are the cutest cats. And, well, Lady....she's got beautiful eyes to go with those curly ears and fluffy tail. So glad the gang all gets along and that Merlin has more cats to groom so Nerina gets a break. Merlin's face is so much like my Maddie's face with that white blaze going up his nose. My cat loves to be petted there. They both have the dark ears and tail and light bodies. Maddie has big tan patches on both sides of her body now. They just magically appeared a few years ago and seem to keep getting darker every year.
I just adore watching your cat crew...so beautiful and sweet. I hope you all have a Merry Christmas, and stay warm this winter. (Bring those cats to bed and you won't need any blankets.)

What a beautiful video! This agreement between cats is incredible. Your video looks like a film, with characters who get tamed and end up being friends.
What I love about your video is the respect, openness and love that we perceive through these images. Yes, a real respect for the personality of each of the cats (on your part and on the part of the other cats), a love on your part, obvious.

Of course, I also like the tone with which you present these meetings. Lightness and humor.
Very rare to see such a pretty video about cats! Congratulations !
I loved this video and the story telling text but I was really worried about Merlin. That part was very stressful. So glad he made a full recovery.
Love this sooo much! They are all so beautiful. Getting our rag doll in a few weeks so love seeing them all inter- act was amazing Ty. 💜💜💕💕
