It's worked, use 3.3k and 4.7R resistors.
It taking about 600mA with 12.6V supply in the misting point.

the piezo shown in this video is probably 1.7mhz disc and this is designed to be dipped inside the water but make sure you cover the back of the piezo or the contact points before dipping it in water
