If you have a 12 volt power supply adapter then first connect a 7805 regulator IC with it for 5v supply, then connect the circuit to the output of the 7805 instead of the output supply of the mobile charger.
I'm very surprised how it stopped, it's a very long circuit, you first check the output of the charger, then change the output from the circuit, where the problem is.
