We have Lynx 2100LSYA and it's getting about .0014" thermal difference in the morning in diameter. It's that up to normal with those or what?

Why would one choose a lynx 2600 over the Puma 2600?

That’s what I’m thinking, have they slapped a lynx label on a puma chassis? what’s the difference between the puma and lynx now?

Doosan good machines but let’s be honest…not in the same league as an okuma or a DMG……or even Mazak…..their likes if they were cars they would be Fords very rarely let you down but lacking when you need that bit extra…if your gonna work them hard….there not quite up to job pay the extra get a Japanese or a German machine if money is no object and you want the very best go Swiss WFl or something similar…

@@chrisyboy666 hhh writing this while smiling, sorry if I sounded disrespectful I certainly didn't mean to.
I wasn't questioning the technicality of your comments, Heck watching youtube videos and reading some threads on practical machinist and you'll know what calibre hose machines are and the fact that you said "or even mazak" means that mazaks have inferior quality and performance compared to the other manufacturers you named which is true but very very few people know this which indicates your vast knowledge.
What I meant by my comment is that this the ideal place to have a conversation about this and making such comment on a youtube video will only make people reply to you "you don't need a ferrari to buy grocery ford will do just fine and for less the cost and some workers will start talking about the underused japanese machines in their shops when a doosan or a hass could do the same job they are doing for far less money, so the probability of making this a full of negativity comment section is high.
It is nice to talk about machines and the new technologies provided with them it is fabulous and I enjoy it a lot but opening a thread on practical machinist and putting the video link on it and talk about the machine an comparing it will be certainly a more enjoyable conversation.
I used to be like you talking about stuff on youtube and I don't get anywhere untill I learned that it is not the best place to talk about this stuff.
Again I am really sorry if I sounded disrespectful I certainly didn't mean to and it is a pleasure that I have "electronically" met someone with such valuable experience and vast knowedge even though it was on a youtube comment.

@@chrisyboy666 I meant that you still have a lot to learn regarding where to have these discussions not about the machines, go in practical machinist and start a thread and discuss this topic it will be a lot more fun than youtube where everyone is a hero and knows everything
