Top tip from a hairdresser…if you use a hair mask before shampooing it won’t be able to penetrate the hair, so then gets washed off and won’t be as effective as if you use it after a shampoo, leave it on for however long and then rinse don’t shampoo off ❤

Mia you need to treat the mould on the ceiling, I'd suggest you paint the ceiling with Dulux mould paint ,because wiping it off wont stop it, as it will return in about a year and get worse, its caused by condensation so you also need to open a window often. I'd personally paint the ceiling twice with emulsion paint then a bathroom mould paint from Dulux, that keeps the mould away for about 10 years or more. ❤

Not sure if you know, but you get paint for walls that prevents mould, our bathroom ceiling used to get a bit mouldy but we found the paint and it doesn’t mould anymore. Could give it a try, to prevent the mould from happening again x
Tv recommendations: fool me once, bit confusing last 2 episodes are best good twist. Game of Thrones is amazing, my husband nagged me for ages to watch it and it was best thing I’ve seen, I think you would love it x
