I’ve got the 2021 retro bubble, it’s a quality bat! I’m seriously hoping they bring out the retro kookaburra Diablo as that was the first ever kookaburra I had when I was 13/14 also hit my first ever six with it aswell
Love your reviews guys. I myself had that Ridgeback around 94/95 if memory is correct. Do agree with Neil. A yellow grip on the Ridgeback is a must. It just brings back the memories of Thorpe in his pomp.
The heart break of it all is the bubble was the quintessential Aussie kids dream bat watching Deano and then a very young Ricky Ponting use them ! In Australia they only make a junior bat in the bubble 🥲😭😭😭😭
Dribbiling over stealth but I also like Aur, a brilliant review as always straight to the point. It would be nice to see malet or test it a leather ball bounce. Thanks guys
Hi Tony, thanks for your question. A detailed rundown of the Kookaburra bat range can be found at: www.serioussport.co.uk/cricket/blog/badger-zone/kookaburra-cricket-bats-2024-cricket-bat-range-review
The longer handle certainly takes some getting used to but both Hinders and Neil started to really enjoy it as an option. The Stealth certainly suits aggressive batting!
@@SeriousCricketTV true true, well I just bought gray nichs giant, so I shouldn’t be talking about a heavy bat with weird pick up! But speaking of, it’d be really cool to see a review of the Aus made bats - there seems to be more variety in terms of profiles for GN in that range, than their regular bats

Going for retro Kahuna, brings back alot of memories from the 2000’s.
Great to hear! it's a beauty - the retro kahuna will be arriving very soon at Serious Cricket so have a look out!

green and gold means you can actually win cricket ;)

The Stealth will be my bat for next season.
We enjoyed using the Stealth, so it's a good choice - go well! You can purchase one here: bit.ly/48enKHq
I liked the stealth, I really felt like for how massive they were, they picked up as light as the ghosts and kahunas, did you guys not feel that ?
Hey bro ..i have one question for u ..how to store the cricket bat so that i can use it for 6-7 seasons ..i dont play regularly thatswhy ..
How much does it cost for a grade 2 version of any of the bats?
Hi, thanks for your question. The 2.1 versions vary slightly in price but the Aura 2.1 costs £334.99 but for a 25% discount - shop now: bit.ly/48enKHq
What balls do you use in these tests?
Possible to get actually specs for the stealth? Is it the same as ghost obscene ?

Which is the best ??
I find the stealth design a bit weird, the longer handle would make the bat feel heavier than it is pick up wise
