Thanks for taking something that looks very complicated (curved tapered leg) and demonstrating/teaching a super simplified approach that can easily be followed.
Great episode as always. I've used a long piece of blue tape to hold my strip in the arch I want when working alone. Fine Woodworking has a free video from Epic Woodworking friend Tim Coleman, on RUclips called Tim Coleman's Shopmade Drawing Bows. He has a few different designs in the video but the coolest is the ones with a turn buckle in the middle of a fixed piece of string for fine adjustments.
This was great, thank you !

Might be helpful to use the mortiser to put the mortise in the template.
Can you teach us/me how to pillow a leg whereby... one side is straight and the other side is curved...
Very similar, just treating each surface one at a time…same approach whether curved or straight. Thanks for watching!👍😎
Are those cooling blocks on your bandsaw
Yes, on the Inca, they call them “Cool Blocks” 👍
Thanks
