Find perpetrators of Lusikisiki massacre - Pepping

Ingquza Hill Mayor Nonkosi Pepping is calling on the police to find the perpetrators behind the massacre of 18 family members in Lusikisiki in the Eastern Cape. She says a trend of what she calls "amahodo" was seen in the area three years ago where people would kill people and suck the victims' blood. Pepping says the SAPS must intervene in the same way they did to fight this issue.
