This is a different spin on a market update- in this video I take you through my last 6 transactions, all within the past 6 weeks and describe what the buyers or sellers have had to do in order to win. These are people buying different types of properties, at different price points, in different areas of the metro and the experiences range from getting properties at less than asking to significantly over depending on the demand for and pricing of the homes. It should give you a sense of how the real estate market is behaving right now in the Minneapolis metro area.
