OMG Charmaine and I lost our moms around the same exact time and we was both pregnant. I cried so hard for her and I cause I know exactly what she was going through. I wish I could've been a friend and be there but I always prayed which is the most powerful thing a person can do. It's hard as hell to raise kids without your mom to help guide you. My heart goes out to her. I even named my sons middle name from my mom's last name. What's crazy is how our babies look just like our moms. It's a constant reminder but a beautiful one.

Honestly Ryan’s management skills sucked there he left his shop after he kept letting his employees run his shop after that I would have fired them for that Ryan kept letting his employees run his shop he clearly don’t know how to manage a shop cause a manager don’t let his employees run his business of course they started it when he opened the shop , but at the end of the day he started the business and the brand it’s his show what he says goes .
Ryan has no back bone. He didn’t know how to be the boss until he got back with Rachel and she started to peep things in the shop. He used his EMPLOYEE and tried to gaslight her. They were right to not let it go. He never really cleared the air from the situation and it wasn’t just about the 3 people in the relationship. He owed the ENTIRE shop and apology for his actions. Because on top of it being a professional setting..it was on television. He didn’t know how to separate business and friendship and came back one day acting like a new person. You don’t just change everything in one day. He should’ve spoken to them before things started to change. Boss or not, it’s what would’ve been right. Clearly this shop had a particular dynamic before the show began and the cameras intensified it. Honestly Ryan’s management skills sucked there he left his shop after he kept letting his employees run his shop after that I would have fired them for that Ryan kept letting his employees run his shop he clearly don’t know how to manage a shop cause a manager don’t let his employees run his business of course they started it when he opened the shop , but at the end of the day he started the business and the brand it’s his show what he says goes .
Ryan has no back bone. He didn’t know how to be the boss until he got back with Rachel and she started to peep things in the shop.
He used his EMPLOYEE and tried to gaslight her. They were right to not let it go. He never really cleared the air from the situation and it wasn’t just about the 3 people in the relationship. He owed the ENTIRE shop and apology for his actions. Because on top of it being a professional setting..it was on television.
He didn’t know how to separate business and friendship and came back one day acting like a new person. You don’t just change everything in one day. He should’ve spoken to them before things started to change. Boss or not, it’s what would’ve been right. Clearly this shop had a particular dynamic before the show began and the cameras intensified it.
Things are different when you’re able to watch back things and get ALL sides of the stories and see things as they happen
