I use to do all this self care for myself but after my hubby passed in 2020. I stopped living, stopped doing everything but I'm slowly waking up and living and interested in life again. Your page is helping me want to keep my pretty as l get older, thank you. I put on makeup today and went absolutely no where and it felt good😊
Just because you are in healthcare doesn’t make you a professional in what somebody put on their skin. How do you know? It’s different with each person!!!

Thank you for starting this conversation, and yes it’s true! When I first noticed it I had to think “Did I forget to take a shower this morning”? The smell is gym b.o. and sometimes a musty smell. I always have gentle wet wipes and a travel size deodorant in my purse.
New subscriber here. Yes, I have never sweated until after 60, even under my boobs. My urine smells weird and I’m sure it’s my medications. But you’ve got a great channel, so I’ll be here often.
Going plant based, reducing / removing grains and eating mostly raw foods helped with my odor and hot flashes. It was noticeable in 3 weeks. Also exfoliating, using products that agree with your current body chemistry, moisturizing and also splurging on good quality products that are not over-the-counter and more natural that contains tea tree oil or eucalyptus.
Oh Lord! I thought I was the only one 😂😂❤❤🙏🏽🙏🏽 Thanks for this topic! You just got a new subscriber 🩷🩷 I actually use lemon mixed with warm water to wash the smelly areas and that pretty much works for me.
Old white lady here. Thank you for tackling this subject. I've heard people say that old people's houses smell different. My husband is black and I have always been jealous of his skin. It's softer than mine! I have skin tags and moles and age spots, and he glows. So I make extra effort, and I still can't match his melanin magic. One thing that does work for me, I buy exfoliating gloves at Dollar Tree. Only $1.25, for one. I wash my whole body with that, and I wash them in the washer. I don't dry them in the dryer tho. These things are awesome! They have buffed away the skin tags and the bumps, and I am working on the age spots too. I put salicylic acid creme on my face, before moisturizing, and then when I shower I wash my face with the exfoliating gloves, (along with the rest of me 😄) and I am seeing some improvement. And I try to always apply some lotion. I don't want to smell bad either. Old age is a privelege that many don't get to enjoy. But why do we have a littany of other issues to deal with? Like aches and pains, and wrinkles. Which is another thing, I think melanin is the one thing that actually fights wrinkles. And the one thing I can't get. 😉
You are most welcome!! My husband has the pretiest chocloate skin and he’s 8 years older than me but you would never know it! Gets on my nevers!! Lol! I like those gloves too!! Thanks so much for commenting & watching this video! 🥰
White lady here, Just found you. Loved your video! I subscribed, I hope you include ALL women in your videos. It's true, older people do smell. I use to worknin nursing homes, and I remember going to my parents home one day, they were in their early 60's, and ooooohweee! Im almost 60 now, and never want to have old lady smell. Im going to use some of the products you recommended. Thankyou! ❤😊
Thank you for tackling this subject. I don’t know why nobody in my real life wants to talk about this but watching your video is like chatting with a friend. I also appreciate that you’ve included products that are readily available at local stores. I’m hitting the subscribe button.
I got a hysterectomy, and I am on progestrone. Let me tell you. I smell musty down there. I have to use vagasil spray, which works, but feels weird (not used to using spray down there). I feel embarrassed using public restrooms. I have to take 2 showers a day. The left side of my head sweats. I now I have to wash my hair once a week. No sew ins or braids for me. I am going to tell my doctor to take me off the progestrone.
I’m perimenopausal, in addition, I’m on congestion as well. I had a musty spell before I was on progesterone. Is the hormones. If something is beneficial to you overall I would continue to use it. However, also trying to find things that help you to take care of that smell. What I found is, I’m the only one that can smell my smell and nobody else can.
Hello, I'm 56yrs old and had a complete hysterectomy at 39 yrs old. With trying to manage menopause and this time of my life, I have noticed musty spell from down there and tried boric acid vaginally suppositories by URO, works great. CVS also has boric acid for vaginal odor. Hope this helps.
Lume stinks, it is a disaster for some people. There is an entire Reddit page discussing how awful it smells. I tried the deodorant and the smell was so horrible that I was nauseous for an hour afterwards. Think it depends on your body chemistry.
Yes!! I tried the deodorant and it made the odor worse. But, the acidified body wash works for me but Lume can miss me with the all over body deodorant. 😊
Me myself has started using witch Hazel. do my butt crack along my private area and under my arms. It helped me tremendously. When I first start using it.I thought it would make me burn but it has not made me burn it all
I just recently heard this about witch hazel. I haven't tried Lume yet. I be noticed this about smelling sweating. But I am thinking about waxing the private areas. I also detox my armpits. This really does prevent sweaty smell. Thanks for your good information. 😃😃
Am glad to hear someone talk about this aging issue; I am married to a much older man and notice this problem with him but we talked about it and he was very receptive. I bought the lume acidified body wash and it has helped. When we age our hormones changes and so the body produces odd body odors that we never experienced before but there is liquid washes that can help. I do not recommend using soap bar it only amplify the issue.
I can also suggest taking a bath in Epsom salts like shea butter and almond oil by Dr Teals and add a half cup of baking soda, I'm 60 and I notice my body feels soft and smooth and follow up with some good Shea butter for our dry skin, and dove body deodorant as you said ,it works....we have to take baths regularly to put the moisture back in our skins , because we're older. And I use perfume oils more along with whatever scent I'm spraying, they last all day and I'm always told I smell great. Trust as we age our skin changes, no matter what we do. Love this channel I ran across.❤❤❤❤I'll vote for you because my mom passed 2 years ago from cancer ❤❤❤❤
Thank you so much! I agree with you on everything. Thanks for commenting & voting for me! I’m so sorry to hear about your mom! I appreciate you watching🥰
You have wonderful recipes and advice. The baking soda definitely works really with little effort to scrubbing your body raw and using drying or clogging soaps. I hope more people come around and read and like your comment! Great advice.
@@RUclipsBlueButterflies thank you so much you can also add peroxide as well as Himalayan sea salt as well they are detoxing additives too and for correct ph you can do a cup of apple cider vinegar on r a week but shower after yo not smell like vinegar 😔
NeeC, everything that you have said here has a ring of familiarity! I have read the comments from the wonderful people who have also watched the video, and now I know that I am in good company. My sister and I have always talked about feminine issues, and I am happy to see the number of women who have shared their concerns and have offered suggestions. I will definitely be trying some of these. Thanks for sharing!!! ❤
Thank you for bring this topic up. I use most of the products you have mentioned and I love them also. Thank you for talking about a sensitive subject that we all go thru. Be Blessed
Tree hut scrubs are affordable and good. Naturium has a great line of body washes with a couple that have chemical exfoliant properties. Dove body scrubs, also affordable, have really fine and gentle body scrubs as well. Ulta make some nice ones too if they have not discontinued them. Enjoyed your video because odor changing as we age is a real thing and we have to stay informed and change our hygiene routines accordingly. Thanks for the info 💗
I went thru early menopause in my late 30’s and noticed my body smelled differently. It passed once I was post menopausal. Water intake and eating more balanced diet helped. But I’m sure it will continue to change as I age.. it’s life.
Thank you for talking about this. I do smell different than I did when I was younger. For me, I smelt worst when I was younger lol I think now I've found what works for my body, and back then, I had no clue.
Hey gorgeous! Omg another thing for me to worry about. LOL. I have a nose like a wolf. I think it's a curse cause I can smell any and everything. 😅 Thanks for sharing and big thumbs up!!❤❤❤❤
Because I RELATE! This is why this video grabbed my attention! If you’re not aware, DOVE has a new line of exfoliating body washes. They have more skin care ingredients. I’m really liking them. 🙂
You are so right, I thought it was just me. I realized lately when i sweat alot there is a different scent. Now I know am not going crazy.watching from the Caribbean Island 🏝️ of St Kitts and Nevis 🇰🇳❤ it's like an old smell.
Hey this is such a great topic! I love smelling good . I care for my 91yrs old grandmother, I use oil of olay bodywash, mint infused wipes for personal cleaning throughout the day and fabuloso lavender scent for her bedroom. No old folks smell in the home😂 But as for me, castor oil neutralizes any body odor that I may have. I also dry brush my skin a few times a week followed by a cold shower. I dont have a problem with odor but I live in Fl so 2 to 3x showers is a must😂
Yes they do, it's bloody annoying! Before menopause it was a different story, the insane sweating & hormonal changes seem to require more frequent washing. It's like a kick in the gut after all we went through with menstruation & childbirth!
The Japanese nursing homes use persimmon soap for all the elderly. At our house there are two. One of us had the most disgusting smell emission from their bedroom. So being proactive i put said soap in the shared shower and bingo, sorted! How easy was that? If you use liquid soap, dermatologist suggest using benzac ac wash 5%, added to the soap wasT mixed into a bottle of whatever. That works too. Just sharing 😊xx
I noticed it on me under my breast smell loud when i sweat. I just changed to dove for bath got some powder new lotions. at 63 i still want to smell good.
I love the Tree Hut scrubs. They are in a big jar and you have a choice of scents. My favorite is the Tropical Glow, which has an amber note. I use the same scent body oil after my shower to help seal in moisture. Castor oil mixed with body lotion also helps seal in the moisture, keeping skin really soft. A tip is stop eating sugar. Your sweat will stop smelling!
This content is a GOD sent regarding personal hygiene for us aging gracefully & beautifully women. I'm moving to all natural products, fabrics, foods, and even laundry detergents. It's definitely a process which cannot always happen overnight. Unfortunately, we'll bombarded with all sorts of unnatural and synthetic substances and items. New subscriber, thanks, may TMH continue to bless your and your entire household.
New subscriber. I’m opposite, I have less odor now that I am post menopause. I shower with cooler water, I keep my armpits & down there hairless, we use a bidet at home or use flushable wipes when in public.
Welcome to the NeeCJae family! Yes, I bathe with cool water too. Same with the hair honey! Lol. I dont smell that sweaty smell anymore! I think in menopause our hormones are everywhere!! Thank goodness I’m post now! Hopefully everything will go back to normal! I appreciate you watching & subscribing!🥰
What a great topic! Yes, the hot flashes definitely contribute to this. I love using Thai Crystal Deodorant Mist after showering all over. It’s such a light mist And the bottle lasts for a long while. Then, just continue with the rest of my routine.
I'm mid-60s and eat a ton of produce, use an exfoliating glove, and moisturize with oil, and a light cream. No body odor for me. Never, had that problem. Maybe, it's the food that I eat and my creams.
Exfoliating gloves are my favorite along with Dr Bronner's liquid and bar soaps. Using a pair of these has really helped me to get comfortable with using both hands to gently scrub. Plus, my skin feels so exhilarated afterwards. Great topic of discussion. Thank You!
Browsing and my attention was captured by the subject. Just turned 65 and have noticed a smell that my husband and Obg cannot smell. Go figure! I know it’s there because the nose knows albeit subtle. Thanks for addressing such a sensitive topic and also thanks to everyone for the various tips 🙏🏽
@ 60 years old..I buy 3 baking soda everytime all the time..1 for the refridgerator, 1 for brushing my teeth with my xylitol toothpaste and 1 for showering with my Dove or Oil of Olay shower Gel and i use Baking Soda Detergent for washing my clothes. I oil with a drop of water on my body every night and drink lits of water and green teas. I end all shower and face washing with cold water for over 40 years. I relax on a Saturday soaking my feet with my Epsom salts, boiled sage and olive oil. I use Bentonite Clay with ACV vinegar on my face and block that noise out for an hour and get clarity and do my meditation. It opend ur mind, gives u clarify. Prophetic and spiritual clarity. No smell on this grandma❤❤❤
NeeC! I have a video coming up on this! Female odor specifically! My mom is a 6 year breast cancer survivor ❤ I have those same 2 Dr. Teal’s in my bath basket by my tub
I am 66, and I don't have a smell, hot flashes, cold flashes, sweating, rarely use deodorant, and hardly have any gray hair.🤷♀️ The only thing I notice is a dark patch on both cheek bones now.
Sweaty is the name of the game with hot flashes. I found keeping my bras clean is important to me and gentle exfoliating dove soap 😊 and baby powder under clean folds 😉
I hit menopause and I started smelling like metal coming out of my pores. Here is how I got rid of it. Spray all hairy areas with apple cider vinegar. I put it in a spray bottle. Wash those same areas wi 6:40 th that yellow/orange bar of Dial. Use your regular soap everywhere else. Dial is very drying. Give it a week.
I work in close physical proximity to many older/elderly people. I will say this, there IS a smell (not on everyone, some smell great) BUT it is not a musty smell that is off putting. If I smell that musty scent, I just think this person needs a shower. That terrible smell is one that is an internal smell. It's a staleness, a putrid, nasty odor that is usually always consistent on that same person. I will say people who do not bathe/shower/ wash hair have this odor. They do not know they smell. They think taking a bath occasionally and spraying perfume is enough. It isn't. Please use SOAP and WATER AND a washcloth. Great tips from everyone. Ps. A tesspoon of apple cider vinegar is water daily is great to balance internal odors.
Thanks for touching on the subject! A teaspoon of Baking Soda in water helps to rid the body of heavy metals which heips with the smell! Use with care!!! Hormone production decreases with age. 😊Balanced diet too less carbs and fats. Occasional Epsom salts soaks also. Speak to your primary Dr you may have an inflammatory issue going on.❤
I remember my great grandmother had “ old people smell “, I noticed it one day on me.. I now use Lume body wash and deodorant. Also use Native, which is cheaper
I'm 68 now and thought the same thing. After going thru menopause l noticed that l have a different smell. Even perfumes that l have used for years smell a bit different on me now. I am gonna try some of your suggestions. Thank you!
Just came upon your channel and find it very interesting. Yes, this is a subject that most people do not talk about and it needs to be. When i entered the workforce many years ago, i used to hesr young co-workers make fun about "grandma"s perfune". Later i learned what they meant. Back then, people stored their clothes with Camphor so that was one of reasons for odor in homes, etc. I have read up on this over the ears and sometimes it can be the food we eat or spices used, etc. This has nothing to do with being unhygenic for most people. When i was much younger, a skin condition caused me to use a prescription cream that smelled lke sulphur. I have heard one of our prominent cooks on TV say she smells of garlic all the time. Your right, i have heard many say hormonal changes can cause this. Some people say that soaking in a bath with a little epsom salts and lavender helps: sit in saunas to help flaky skin to shed, etc. (Trial and error). Stress causes women to perspire a lot. Am no expert but there are helpful remedies. The more we are aware the more remedies we can find. Sorry about your friends. Yes, breast cancer touches so many women. Thank God for all the awareness and resources today. Many years ago poor women were terrified when they received a diagnosis. Insurance was a big issue also because many were thrown off the policy!!! Can you imagine the times we lived in. We have come a long way with protection rights.
@@NeeCJae you are very welcome and we need more discussions about subjects that are more or less "taboo". As children, my old childhood school teacher always told us in math class "get to root cause". Blessings for helping breast cancer - I witnessed women and their lack of access to help. They suffered in silence. We have come a long way. Bless you.
❤ THANK you my dear lady. I am 65 yrs. Old and indeed smell myself especially under my breasts. And taking medication as well. Thank you for the Information.
Trade Joes has a Lavender body scrub with oil. It’s inexpensive - under $10 - great exfoliator. I can’t use Lume products, they stink to high heaven on me. I’m not the only one. You’re a sweetie, subscribed.
Yes I recently started smiling that smell myself I am 70 years old and my neck my arms my everything just has this funky smell even after a shower it's still there what can I do
Thanks for your comment! Not really sure for that . I would consult your doctor & look up chlorophyll to see if is right for you. My mom takes it & says it helps her & she’s 76. Thanks for watching🥰
As I am in my big age of 60, I have noticed a change in my body chemistry, and yes ma'am I invest in all of the products you listed, including feminine products. We must stay healthy and fresh honey!❤
@msb1005 do you order your chlorophyll from Amazon? If so, which brand? Also I’ve heard that Dr. Bronner’s Peppermint soap is really good…but can’t imagine sizzling in the shower feeling icy while showering 🤣😂 Do you use the peppermint soap as well? Or which one? I have tried lavender and Rose but wasn’t a fan..
Thank you for making this video! This is a topic many will shy away from, but it’s an important conversation to have. Lume body deodorant works amazing for me days leading up to my cycle. The ladies here in the comments reminded me about chlorophyll and I will get back to incorporating that as well. I’m going to exfoliate more also.
When I was younger, some older people's sweat smelled like urine or their bodies would have a musty just-woke-up odor. I've been having really awful hot flashes for around 14 years and it's getting worse. My drenching sweat only smells if I'm wearing a wig and it comes in contact with it. I like to do around five miles 2-3 days per week, but can only do that on cold winter days.
I really like organic black soap bars that I buy from beauty stores. Has such a nice fresh clean smell . Since it's organic I also wash my hair with it.
Love this channel. I myself perspire in a way that I didnt previously and ask myself the same questions. I did come across Dr. Teals body scrub and loved it. I make sure that I lather 2 times, and with the second use my body scrub. I use a body oil on damp skin to match my fragrance for the day. apply my body cream w a bit more oil. I have started using Ammens powder. Then most days apply my body sprays or perfumes. This is working and again thanks for sharing.
IM FROM THE SOUTH AND WAS RAISED TAKING BATHS! IN FACT WE DIDNT EVEN HAVE A SHOWER. 😂 WHEN I MOVED TO CALIF., AS A TEEN, I NOTICED THAT MAJORITY OF MY FAM/FRIENDS TOOK SHOWERS. 😂😅 I TRIED AND I ALWAYS FELT THAT THE WATER WAS JUST "RUNNING ON/OFF MY BODY". SOO GLAD TO SEE/READ A FEW OF THESE LADIES MENTIONING...."TAKING A BATH AND SOAKING!" I JUST FEEL SOO MUCH CLEANER. THEN..I STAND AND RINSE/SHOWER ALL THE SOAP ETC OFF. UR INFO IS SOO APPRECIATED. JUST STUMBLED ACROSS IT WHILE AT WORK. THX
Thank You for addressing this topic. I just turned Sixty but I have noticed that now I have a Strong Underarm Odor that I NEVER had before 😔. I have shaved the hair underneath which I never did when I was younger.
That's my thing and I could go without deodorant, I never had a lot of hair under my arm but what little I have I shave so now I wash with baking soda and it helps.
I tell you Seventh Avenue Beauty products are the truth. The facial cleanser helps minimize my pores and fine wrinkles. The facial lip and body scrubs exfoliates and moisturize. The face moisturizer and lip balm or excellent too. There are other products as well. Products are made by a black chemist and are vegan all natural and high quality. It’s good for all skin types regardless of race and men too. Now they are pricy but her holiday and TikTok sales make it affordable. I’m so happy with them I tell everyone like I’m doing now. 🥰
Good tips!! I need to try the body deodorants soon. I do have a priduct that I use that I like a lot is Dove Melanin Even Tone Body Wash. Its an exfoliating body vwash.
yes i have known about this. with some ladies it can happen underneath the breast with sweating you can get a odor. especially senior ladies and there is older people that can't take care of themselves properly.
* Eating Pig meat = Omega 6 unprocessed in the digestive system. * Sinuses which are not cleaned regularly with face cleaning secrete into the mouth. Cleaning sinuses is by rubbing near the nose and the forehead at the same time sucking hard with the nose to suck the things you rubbed and spit that, at least 3 times while washing your face. It is simple but the only way to cleanse those pockets aroung your face.
Great Channel I just found it, everyone contributed to there their recommended products. For me I’ve been using for 2 weeks now the Extra Virgin Castor Oil (Cold Press , Hexane & Paraben Free & 100% Vegan, Non -GMO ) The Brand I have is Home Health or it’s on Walmart or Amazon. Also mix in small jar some Extra virgin olive oil + Coconut 100% Extra Virgin + the Castor Oil , helps your body be moisturized . Drink more water , also baths of Dr Teal & baking soda Hope this helps ❤Thanks Nee C & ladies 😊😊 70 years young
I was thrown into menopause by hysterectomy. I had no idea my body was going to get bad, until one day🙄....😳 OMFG!! I have started taking chlorophyll pills and using body deodorant body wash that has peppermint in it. It works wonders.
Yes there is definitely a difference in body odor as you age. And now that I am menopausal I notice it more so I take lots of baths, use a several washcloth to wash my body, wash my hair daily bc of the sweats, butt hole stripes, under belly, all between the rolls, sides of vag, etc….all of that smells and you must take care of it! And I change my bed linen sometimes twice per week, change clothes every day etc It’s a lot of work but I rather smell clean than not knowing if I have an odor or not🤌🏾😎
A lot of older people are afraid of falling in the tub. They should use baby wipes after using the bathroom front and back. They should shower at least every other day instead of once or twice a week.
I never used to smell under my arms although I’d always wear deodorant. Since I turned 53 and going into menopause, I smell my underarms the minute I forget deodorant lol. Why no one told me this would happen? So now I’m extra with cleansing and exfoliating and deodorants. When I say extra, I mean I make sure I do it and not skip it. I LOVE Lume and Shea Moisture.
73 here don't remember my parents having that either, some people have a ordor not matter age guess it's hereditary, but I bath , moisturize,no under arm hair, don't sweat a lots, drink plenty of water, water will flush your body out, thank God don't take medicine, because that can cause bad body smells
Oh lord. It’s really hard being a lady . When I was pregnant w/my kids I would always ask my Dr. if “it” smells strange. My Dr. would always say no it smells just fine to them. But I would smell myself, not a fishy or outrageous stinky scent but just an unfamiliar scent that I didn’t like. And now I’m allegedly peri or “post” menopausal (idk blood test says I’m post but Chile idk lol) and I don’t want to smell any new scents doggit 😂. Bad enough I work in healthcare and I can smell the patients B/O sometimes when I get off.
3 years ago, as I began to mature,I smelled an unusual body odor. Immediately went to Google and researched then went to Amazon and ordered products for older adults that I have been using for 3 years.Yes, we do have a different body smell as we age.
Idk ,I personsly feel tje old people smell is coming from within ,Like organs ,illnesses maybe untreated diseases ,inknown illnesses ,cancer ,ect ,alot of older people suffer.with constipation, which i feel is a issue.....But i have a guestion of topic no one seems to be able to answer ,what does it mean if you never grew underarm hair?is it common?
Things happen as we mature. The meds we take, alcohol, and natural hormonal changes, your body, hair, nail growth change. Our bodies internally and externally change as we mature. I have stress sweat so I bath daily that seems to take of the of the problem. I do use fragrance free products.
Yes, it's a smell of perspiration mixed with cologne or body spray. Not good! My mom is 86 and I smell on her. You have to make sure your linen and clothes are cleaned regularly.
Hi I just found your utube channel and you have great info so I subscribed I use lemon when I bathe or shower it helps keep smelling down Just put some on the washcloth Also vinegar is great it doesn't take much it helps also I'm looking forward to watching more of your videos 😊🎉
I am 58 and going through full menopause, and like you said...I've never smelled anything on my body before, but because I sweat like a pig now, I noticed my underarms are a whole lot more muskier even with a double dose of deodorant. It's past annoying...lol, but Thank you sooo much for doing this video💞
I kind of noticed a little bit also with smell, but one thing I always did was shower before I go to work and I shower during the days when I’m off for whatever but I think maybe soaking in a bathtub and I never used to bath because I always felt about infections but soak in the body maybe be a good thing and don’t put a lot of stuff in the water and clean clear soap
Jose Maran has beautiful body scrubs using argan oil and other healing ingredients. She also has unscented scrubs too. It's on her website and also on QVC. Nakery has a very nice under boob stick, can be used everywhere. It's sold on HSN too. That works and smells nice, a clean light floral scent. Thanks for a great video 💗 P.S. some great body and hair cream cleansers are the Wen line of cleansers. All healing and good for us. Chaz Dean created these, they're also in QVC, but they have their own website too. I love the Wen products.

Spot on, under the breasts, I use witch hazel or rosewater after bath or shower apply under the breasts with cotton pads.
Ask your HCP for a prescription powder for breast, cracks and hidden parts.

@yolandabaker5557 Thanks. I will give it a try!
I forgot Lume Acidified Body Wash is great on controlling odor. I use the unscented and it works really well!!
I will have to check that one out! I havent seen that body wash! Tfw🥰

Thank you for sharing your experince with us! This will help others! I appreciate you watching🥰
A little te dettol in water is good for odor

You solved that problem! Thanks for your comment. I appreciate you watching!🥰

Thanks so much for commenting! I appreciate you watching🥰
@@NeeCJae you are very welcome and we need more discussions about subjects that are more or less "taboo".

Yes honey! It is very had being a women! I understand. Thanks for watching🥰
Omgosh, that pregnant woman body order is 🤮🤢😷 nobody else can smell you but you lol ,it's the worst ,Dr's said it was hormonal change lol

Things happen as we mature. The meds we take, alcohol, and natural hormonal changes, your body, hair, nail growth change. Our bodies internally and externally change as we mature. I have stress sweat so I bath daily that seems to take of the of the problem. I do use fragrance free products.
I totally agree! Thanks for your comment! Tfw🥰
Yes, it's a smell of perspiration mixed with cologne or body spray. Not good! My mom is 86 and I smell on her. You have to make sure your linen and clothes are cleaned regularly.

New subscriber, my body does not digest meats any more. So if I eat red meat a horrible scent comes through my sweat and Poop.

Thanks for a great video 💗
P.S. some great body and hair cream cleansers are the Wen line of cleansers. All healing and good for us. Chaz Dean created these, they're also in QVC, but they have their own website too. I love the Wen products.

I think it’s when they don’t bathe and I understand it’s harder for them. My grandmother always smelled good, she would take a bath every day.
