Personally, I would've gone sigma or orisa into that team, but I don't play dva so I wouldn't even be able to begin to comprehend the reasoning other than to eat reaper ult.

it's more beneficial for your team to use the bomb as a means to get your mech back instantly. In high ranks, dva bombs are very easy to predict and a lot of heroes have abilities that can block it.
