    Thanks for the cabin tour. We all can dream. Dee where did you get your jeans? I am big and tall, I have a hard time finding women's Jeans that aren't too short. Those look very nice on you.

    Thanks for showing us the rooms ! We were on the Norwegian Gem Jan 16-25 and saw the ship docked in Miami as we left and again at the private island they had two ships docked beside each other you really can appreciate the size then. Looks like some good options I like the balcony deck chairs a real upgrade for people like us that like to sit on the balcony and read. I loved the separate toilet fantastic ideas! Really looking forward to your next video of your 7 day sailing !

    Haha..I know where they got the sofa tray in the first suite/cabin! It's light blue on the sofa. I have it in dark blue from Amazon. But that blue was a color option.

    The infinate balcony does seem to be catching on across different cruise lines despite some youtubers saying there is a love /hate relationship with them. I would deffo try one.

    Off subject here, going to Alaska in early sept. So in your opinion what port is best to do whale watching? Juneau? Skagway? or Ketchikan ? Thanks.

      @parodeejay  8 месяцев назад

      We've got a six-part Port Guide series dedicated to the most popular Alaska ports, if you hadn't seen that (www.parodeejay.com/portguides) but the best whale watching of those three would be Juneau, hands down!! :D

      Thanks for the info and link. I always check out the port guide before we go. I find them useful.

    Is there any part of the ship that isn't loud af? Seems like there are barely any spots to have privacy or peace and quiet.

    • @parodeejay
      @parodeejay  8 месяцев назад +2

      Not really. It’s a very loud ship overall. The Overlook might be the quietest spot we’ve found.

    Some of these “cabins” are almost what we paid for our townhome in 2016 and some are bigger than it is…idk how o feel about that 😅

    I think I like the loft suites on the Oasis ships better.

  • @elainebyrne1039

    The noise on that ship is horrendous; this is only a percentage of capacity, imagine when it's full/ over 100%!
    The inward looking cabins are not for me; I dont think I'll be sailing on RC any time soon.

    Thanks for another fab video. I loved the layout of some of the suties/cabins but the selection of linens, curtains, wall cover, decor is hideous throughout. I don't know who made those choices but it is terrible lol. Some of the carpet choices are seizure inducing. This had to be the ugliest ship ever imo. I know everyone has different tastes so some may love it.

      This cabin crawl video should have only allowed one at the beginning, and one about halfway through, so two total. We’ve had issues with RUclips slapping extra ones on there without our permission, so hopefully that has not happened on this video!!

    Horrible cabin tour. We can’t see any of the cabins. I saw a lot of the floor. Please do a better job of videoing. Almost gave me a headache.

    • @parodeejay

      With a couple thousand agents trying to tour the same cabins in the same timeframe, it did make for a hectic and unpleasant overall experience, ha ha... we aren't "tour" video people, but just wanted to show our take on a hectic cabin crawl. We've got folks like Harr Travel who do proper cabin tours, if you're into those!! :P ~Jay
