I don't know why it's making me laugh so hard, but the thought of that one chatter wanting you to get a card from a pack so you can death it, then deathing a queen into the shit card, then immediately killing them both is like the ultimate show of dominance over chat. This is what happens, chat. That's what you get. Even when his brain is fried after hours of this clown fiesta, Roffle Balatro is still great.

I wonder how hard stacking Perkeo would go with Observatory. Like five Perkeo (or at least one Perkeo plus Blueprint and Brainstorm) means at least five hits of x1.5 mult if the Planet Card, and if you can get Antimatter and Negatives involved then it's even more wacky. I also think it'd be cool to make seed maps, but I'm not personally sure how that'd work. Like on some interesting seed just chart out everything that happens to the best of one's ability. Makes me wonder how "random" things change or stay the same between rounds (I.E. if you clear Ante 1's Small Blind, then restart and skip Ante 1 will the shop be the same and if a Wheel of Fortune will fail, is that given Wheel of Fortune always destined to fail or will it succeed if played at a different time?), but personally I think I'm only on board for watching Balatro, not playing it myself. Also personally I think raising that Polychrome 9 to a Queen wouldn't have been that tall of an ask considering the factory production of Tarot Cards with Purple Seals, the problem would be getting a Deja Vu for it. I kind of wish there were a Plexiglass Joker that makes it so that Glass Cards can't break.
I mean it's a seeded run so gritting a high score/getting far isn't an achievement. He went into it with the plan of getting 5 funny blue men so we're getting 5 funny blue men
I have a non seeded run I had recently that has 6 triboulet. Not very good so I wasn't able to convert it past ante 17. Seed was 4GAC5AM3 from a screenshot i had. Would be cool to see how a better player plays the seed.
kay so fyi with invisible its not random, its between your first joker and the most recently acquired one, so when you sell the recent one its guaranteed to be your first joker, which is why you hit multiple foil ones

Fairly certain a second copy of sock and buskin (via blueprint) scores worse than a single copy, contrary to what Roffle says When sock and buskin procs, the red seals on the queens do not trigger again so the total number of triboulet procs are lower I believe?

as a partially sane youtube chatter, the only time i got upset at roffle was when he sold the 80mult ritual dagger. I have never seen before it, nor since, a decent ritual dagger and selling it gave me depression
I also play with the colorblind mode despite not being colorblind. I think the colors of clubs and diamonds are ugly otherwise, and it's easier to play when the different suits stand out more.
Skipped too many standard packs at the end of the run when he thought of Death-ing his in-hand cards instead of just getting a regular one and convert it into a glass, so more amount of cards instead of flipping glass for holographic glass. I'd be madly chatting at that moment too lol. He could have survived a little more.
I wish it’d unlock another Joker slot every 8 antes or something. Add a third pack to open after a certain while or make it a voucher, make spectral cards more common. I know the game is balanced for beating ante 8 but there’s a big market for going far and you can go 20 minutes without making meaningful change to your build. Deck built to perfection, no joker could improve your situation except for invisibles you’re not going to get, scaling of planetary cards taper off, etc. Or worse: something like Ectoplasm would be amazing but not a single spectral booster pack shows up through a dozen antes
5 trib is banger content, if only the last invis joker could’ve shown up earlier for the potential 6. it wouldn’t have been better, but it would have been funnier.

The word hang used to describe the action of execution is different than to hang sonthing on the wall. The past tense of the execution hang is hanged. Example: that man was hanged for his crimes. The “balanced” mechanism is the literal base mechanic of the plasma deck (the one used in the video), and the other thing about the plasma deck is that it doubles all bind requirements so it is actually harder then every other deck considering none of them have this much of a downside
plasma deck is a bit weird. early game is completely free by stacking chips, late game is free by stacking xmult, but the mid game tends to have a weird transition phase where you have to survive moving off of chips and going to xmult before it's too late

You can go lower in the Typecast challenge (at ante 4, all jokers become eternal, set joker slots to 0), but any amount below ×1 counts as ×1

Why does his Magician tarot card work on two cards? According to the wiki, you should only be able to Lucky-ify one card with that tarot?
Its a beta version of game that you could find in steam, and the new change that make 2 lucky card per magician tarot card (which is a buff)

Colour and movement are the first things you notice. More obvious card suits means play faster
I also play with the colorblind mode despite not being colorblind. I think the colors of clubs and diamonds are ugly otherwise, and it's easier to play when the different suits stand out more.

Wheel of fortune has a 1/4 chance to work. He definitely can use it, but it is most likely for it to not do anything.

Plasma deck’s balancing is a powerful mechanic, but the target chips for each ante are much higher than for the other decks.
