- Welcome to my new series, Thrifted!
I plan to film every outing to a thrift store I go to, and if I find anything, I will put it into a video!
Today was pretty short as we only went to 2 stores compared to our normal 5. However, next time that will change and the video should be much longer!

Your luck is insane. In all, all weather radios I’ve thrifted are: RadioShack 12-250, midland wr10, weather station not weather radio just cool find, midland wr300 broken tuner for weather, Emerson instant weather thing and a desktop acurite and I got the Emerson and acurite today.
I would love it if this series does continue. I think it's a great experience seeing if you can find interesting things to show on video. It kind of makes me thinking about doing the same too, but my Goodwill's and other Thrift stores don't have much of an "electronics" area. Keep up the good work! :)
Thank you! I noticed that not all goodwill 'organizations' per-say are created equal. Last month I was up in Hudsonville and went to a store, and it was laughable. Half of the things in that store were brand new- hardly any of it was donated. But I do plan on going up to the grand rapids area sometime this summer.
I highly recommend you go to them just in case you get lucky! I didn't think there would be anything until I started going to more and more stores and discovered that there's a really good chance of finding stuff!
@@KalamazooEAS you actually should have gotten the iLuv radio, it's pretty rare, and that one does have WX Alert

Nice I’m planning to do the same! Only problem is some of my goodwills in my area don’t have much a electronic section in their stores. But otherwise, nice finds!

Second: RadioShack 12-260
Lastly: RadioShack 12-250
damn the only radios ive thrifted are a wr300 v3, a wx27, and a BUNCH of v3 wr100s aswell as a v5

I stopped finding things. I legitimately have not found a radio in about six months.

Bro I havent thrifted any radios and ive been looking for some any tips?
Not really, it's all a big game of luck. I haven't found anything notable in over a year. I used to be able to almost gurantee I'd get one radio every time I go out, but I haven't had luck like that in a while. Last couple I have gotten over the past two years have been a WR300, 12-261, and some weird GPX thing that I hate.
