@@dankmemesjaa1015 nah counter attack > plain perk. sikorski have artillery leader and barrage. govorov has to choose. plain bonus damage or terrain protection. sikorski always have guaranteed damage without losing the protection. govorov slow af cant outrun enemy when needed.
