Oh dear... I feel slightly called out 😅 as an extroverted person I can confirm that I've said many of these things, completely genuinely. Definitely don't give people like me anything alcoholic, it just gets worse lololololol
This video made me realize that I am not an intovert. I'm just an extrovert, who happens to have social anxiety and when I feel safe enough, I am exactly like this....
We do say them, yeah. It's simple: just imagine getting energy from every social interaction you have instead of spending it. And the more you interact the more energy you get. That's how it works :)
@@AlChaos That sounds awesome. So you could just go out and talk to people all day and not need a break to listen to lofi with your eyes closed for a half hour?
@@mercurial-mons when we are asking this question people seem to only have two options, %100 free will, or %100 no free will, as if it can be only one or the other. I think free will comes into play by the individual at different rates. If we compare the will of a human to a lower being like a dog or cat, most people would think we have more control of our desires and actions. I honestly would assume you must not have much experience in discipline to assume humans have no free will. To even have this debate i think we'd have to narrow down what exactly humans dont have the free will to do, because from my perspective humans can go on fasts, in meditation you can control your thoughts (to a degree),

@delocalizingMayfly if you have no self control you're basically living like an intelligent dog, i practice certain disciplines, fasting, meditation, nofap.. ect. Okay but as an introvert I am always super relieved when there is someone like this at any social event I go to because I know they will just take the attention and all the talking and I can coast by in the background. Big relief.
Also when introduced to a group of people they can remember everyone's name. As opposed to me I'm like well I'm probably not going to need to remember anyone's name so I'll just call them all "hey"

that determinism bit, though . . . seems a bit more like what an introvert would say when really getting close to someone, but of course the way of pausing and re-starting with-out having been supposed to start in the first place, given the context of the situation, does seem extroverted
As an Introvert I often prefer to call anyway...because reading comprehension is so poor these days... People act like a paragraph is a "long message" becase everything is vertical. Vertical messages create the optical illusion you were speaking for a long time. If people believe something is long they tend to convince themselves it's "too complicated" - and then you call out of frustration.
How does one, who needs to internalize their every thought, attempt to communicate when there's multiple people around who need to externalize their every thought? It's a constant catch up at best, continuously falling behind at worst. There's probably different spectrums of this. I think an extravert complements an introvert in conversations. Plus, the latter opens up when feels more comfortable so it becomes even. I'm judging from my experience with introverted friends, there's never an issue.
