Unless you’ve been living under a rock it’s no surprise that rising Interest Rates have played a huge roll in the Real Estate market for the better part of two years now. Rapid rising rates in 2022 caused the market to come to a standstill before they stalled out and created a mini frenzy again in the beginning of 2023. The BOC recently announced that they will NOT be increasing rates again. So, what does that mean for the Real Estate market in 2024? Will it be Boom or Bust?
