Shakopee runner reunited with man who saved his life

Nine out of ten people who suffer a cardiac arrest outside the hospital don't survive. A Shakopee man beat those odds thanks to a Good Samaritan who jumped into action to save his life. WCCO's Kirsten Mitchell shares the emotional reunion and why they say everyone should learn a live saving skill.
