nice and easy, frying up the chicken in the ghee is smart. i haven't cooked with it before but it looked great when you were cutting the cooked chicken. i cook up a ton of chicken in pans for our chicken pot pie so i may try frying it up in the oven. thanks for another great vid!
Have you made an alfredo sauce? I had it one time that I loved a long time ago. Nothing compares and can't find again. It had a little sweetness and cheese.
