I quite enjoyed the series on Netflix. Mind you, I’m a fan of most real estate TV shows. It was interesting to see how expensive real estate actually is in London. Loved all the interesting dynamics of human interaction, being played out over the length of the Show also, without any resolution this season. Keeps the audience wanting more. I’m sure we will find out next season.
I liked the series but I wish they showed in more detail the interiors of the property and the different materials used. More interaction with the architects , interior designers, etc. The show focuses more on the office politics than on real estate.🏡
it's a great show and the journalists hating on it are honestly not doing their job. Did you expect a perfectly researched documentary or an entertainment show? Will keep watching from Germany and enjoy the footage of beautiful properties, the lovely team and of course the occasional drama. :)
… You can learn a lot from a tv series like this especially from an interior design and architecture point of view (inspiration for your next home project). I love the fashion styles as well. There is a little bit of drama in it but please tell me where exactly you don’t get drama in the work environment and outside of it? …
Is it REAL real estate?! Done luxury real estate in the past and fully aware that the sort of clients with these homes and investments would not want media attention. Just saying 🤓
yes it is, you can even find the properties on DDREs website because it is indeed an operating business in London. I do imagine that only a friction will be shown on Netflix, simply because they will of course have to be granted permission to show the property on a global streaming series.
Some of the drama seemed scripted. Lauren will bring up a subject and when people begin speaking on the subject she brought up, she’s dismayed and shocked the subject is being discussed.
Not a good show, the drama, the emotional moments, agents not getting along, the arguments are all fake. Besides, all they do is show houses and never show a sale done, no real time negotiation and deals shown like Owning Manhattan which seems more genuine. Oli clearly is smart enough to tell the younger agent she is teacher’s pet or send 😈 emoji to his colleague out of nowhere so it’s all scripted .
I loved the show. Some of these homes are exquisite. Daniel is so likeable, as is Lauren and Oli. The end of season 1 almost had me in tears!!!

Loved the show hope there’s a season 2
It was a copy of ‘Dubai Bling’ but I still enjoyed watching both ! Waiting for next season !
I have just watched the series, and I must say it was quite entertaining. I want to see more of it... When will season two be aired?
Reme Is So Cute! 🏰

Yes. I do wish many of these shoes was actually about real estate.

exactly, don't know what that the guardian editor was on when he wrote the review, but the negative reviews were totally unhinged and out of line xD
@@alinam7432 I read it and was actually shocked. Why so much vitriol? Anyways it's been cancelled and I'm so sad, I very much liked it!

Good Point
@@alinam7432 if it's an operating business in London; what is their turnover per year and how much tax did they pay last annum?
I know reality TV is not actual reality but this show is so manufactured…
True, all the drama, clashes and arguments are so fake
They’re Going To Have To Change The Dynamic , People Catch On…
They are the ones selling to oligarchs, no matter the buyer, IF THEY GOT THE MONEY, THEY WILL SEEL IT TO MONEY TOO 😂😂😂

I don't liked that
