I feel like Jack of all Trades is an early Game only rune since the build I like (eclipse-s.sky-dd-maw) doesnt proc it and u have to build around it in a special way. Tbf though, I never run the Rune since I don't like it personally so I suck at getting maximal value out of it
@@009Daft600That has never been the problem lmao. Rengar has to fight junglers and top laners, and most of those are tanks and bruisers atm. I’m not saying he needs buffs this second (ofc he needs bug fixes like usual), but Rengar doesn’t just insta win every game because he can kill a squishy out of position target. That’s a win-more concept. If you can’t beat your lane opponent (jg or top) as Rengar, then you’re pretty fucked, since you rely on winning early and getting a lead. And Rengar has been screwed over so hard with base HP and early Q damage nerfs that it can be super hard to fight any bruiser or tank past 1 item since he is so squishy with no tank shredding in his kit at all.
@ as a top laner i see your point, but buffing or nerfing a single champion is not the way to go in my opinion. I think tanks and bruisers should be nerfed, and thus indirectly champs like rengar would get their time to shine.
I did feel like that at first, and that's also why I was losing quite a lot at first, now that I am used to it, it feels 'better' bcs my top lane riven games in low elo arent coinflips anymore, and I get less punished for greedy plays, it feels fun !
They are just slowly taking skill expression out of the game. 1v9 is so hard these days. Look at pre durability patch beifeng, jjking and others. Absolutely shit stomping was rewarded

You pretty much always have to start D blade if you’re going Jack. D blade + boots and glowing mote gives you 5 stacks on as early as first recall.
